The Science Museum 
Great place for taking kids to for a day out and not bad for adults even without taking children along. Plenty of hands on learning for children and still a fair amount of information for adults to absorb. It is free to get in unless you want to go to any extra exhibition or the Imax cinema here, it doesn't matter that much if you just pop in to check it out. Last time I visited it was halfway through some improvements so the large steam engines where not on display, hopefully they are open again by now as this is one of my high lights. I also hope the improvements went as far as updating the ‘office through the years' display a bit further on than that eighties!

The Florence
Has great Thai food resonable priced £6.95 for two courses. Also resonable price drinks with a bottle of wine for £10.00. Pleasent and comfortable not too busy. Also shows football. Has a function room for hire upstairs.

Electric Ballroom 
Great music venue with viewing areas on three levels. Has been around as long as Camden and hosts a variety of gigs and club nights. Has a cosy feel for a building this size and some original features

Farm
Great place to take children. This farm has a range of farmyard animals and honey producing bees. You can buy fresh eggs and there is a farmers market every weekend.
