Ploughboy, Saltash 
The Ploughboy has been a favourite of mine for quite a few years now. The food is mostly homemade and the prices are really cheap. I would definately recommend going.

Good Live Music 
The Jazz Cafe is a really good place to go if you fancy listening to live music, which happens at least five nights a week. It gets very busy and lively and is a good place for all ages. The cocktails are also really nice!

Good atmosphere
Kitty O'Hanlons is a great place to go if you want a lively atmosphere. It's got a great feel to it and the best place to go on St Paddy's day, so make sure you go along next year!

The best beauty salon!
I really like cloud nine as it has a wide variety of treatments to suit all.
I regulary get facials, waxing and nail treatments at the salon, and the staff are excellent.
If you fancy a relaxed pamper session then cloud nine is definately the place to go

Good range of supplies
I like Sally's as it was very handy when I used to work as a Beauty Therapist. The prices are reasonable and you can find pretty much everything there. I still go back now even though I don't work as a Beauty Therapist anymore as I like their hair care treatments. Definately worth a look.

Love this place!
I always go to wilkinson's as I find real bargains there. I always end up spending lots more than I want as there are always BOGOF offers so I end up leaving with about 3 bags of stuff! You can get everything in there, and there's even a mini supermarket so you can do all your shopping at one place.

Good, local radio station
Plymouth Sound is a good mix of music and talk. All the presenters are really good and the style of their shows are all very different, making it an interesting listen throughout the day.
Listeners are able to interact with the presenters by entering the competitions and requesting a song on Sally's interactive lunch.
The website, plymouthsound.co.uk, is also good.
