They did it, they unblocked them. 
Very quick service on a 24 hour hotline. I dont think they were the cheapest, (they do take credit cards) but they were quick and did the job to a high standard.
I would use them again. They even gave us a fridge magnet and a Drain Doctor doll. You gotta love the freebies!
