recently my lad who is in the army got let down for a lift back to salsbury. we called enterprise car rental and were told to come straight down and they,d sort a car out for him.within 10 mins he was on his way with an upgraded car at a lower price !

a great pub and reason .. to walk past the Watersmeet tea rooms for approx 30 mins, so not for lazy beggers. great walk with lots of pretty waterfalls and pools. the pub has out side seating, but welcomes people and pets of all ages. food is great value..the prawn sarnies are to die for !

good home cooked food mainly elderly customers who love their small portions and cream teas. mum used to go here with the care home residents and always said they never gave her enough gravy ! God bless her.. she passed away last January no reflection on the cafe !

great challenge
the first tee is played across the access road and over a hill there is also a tee which is played over a large quarry - lots of balls lost in this one as well as the streams and lakes on the course. the views are outstanding looking across to lundy and wales !
