pricey food 
based in Prixford approx 4 miles from Pilton, slightly out of the way but worth a visit if you,re feeling like a special meal and have money to spare. very nice lounge bar and family room / function room.free large car park on site . New owners this year.

used to be great 
this used to be the place to meet your friends , have a jig to typical irish music and drink lots of guiness , but not anymore ! Irish in name only .....BRING BACK THE IRISH BANDS and we,ll all come back in !

based among the pretty gift shops in Lynton this is a fantstic pub with high class food and real ales. theres a beautifull real log fire with a warm welcome. upstairs there is very well decorated guest rooms, so if you fancy afew drinks dont worry about driving there

watersmeet pub
a great pub and reason .. to walk past the Watersmeet tea rooms for approx 30 mins, so not for lazy beggers. great walk with lots of pretty waterfalls and pools. the pub has out side seating, but welcomes people and pets of all ages. food is great value..the prawn sarnies are to die for !

simon and leanne serve very good fresh cooked food their sunday lunches are great with REAL home cooked roast potatoes, fresh veg and puddings to die for. every other week there is karaoke with Nigel ...who is as gay as they come, a great laugh and does nt give a sh.. who knows . very friendly atmosphere with live bands on once a month

Martyn has recently took over this huge old pub. Lovely old beams great character. Bars snacks served during the week and Roast Sunday lunch. First pub ever to hold an ALL AGES DISCO with NO ALCOHOL . The adults had to buy their drinks from the main bar. The Clock Tower is the name for the Restaurant upstairs which will be fantastic once they are fully functional

unusual glass floor
As soon as you walk in the door there is a glass floor uner which is the wine celler. Nice upmarket wine bar, very pricey, slow service. The roof top brassserie is unusual too. Good food but pricey.

great atmosphere
since being refurbished earlier this year its a great place to go. pool tables kareoke very modern bar sky tv and . clean toilets. any trouble and Tracey the bouncer (yes female and full of muscle stands for no crap) will sort out the biggest and gobbiest of blokes. Good safe fun give it a try !
