All Saints 3*

I love this shop! Although its a more expensive high street shop/boutique, i love shopping at this all saints! The staff are always amazing and always go out of their way to e helpful! they also give their opinions which i like because they are given in a way that you cannot take offence and dont even need to listen to if you dont want! The mens and ladies clothes always satisfy what im looking for! I would go here for a jumper, evening dress or t-shirt!

Review of At-Bristol

@Bristol 4*

This is a fun day out for everyone! i dragged my boyfriend to see it after the many years it has been in bristol! I wanted to see the Alice through the looking glass exhibition and was pleasantly surprised that it wasnt just for children! there were some entertaining things for us to do aswell! They also had the history of Brunel and some scientific things about physcology which entertained me for quite a while! Standing in a pregnant belly was the highlight of the day and i reccommend anyone to experience!!!

Review of Pitcher & Piano

05 Oct 07, 09:23

Pitcher & Piano 3*

Positioned on the water front, Pitcher & Piano is the most stylish bars in the waterfront strip. Although the drinks are a little more expensive, it is worth it to sit in a comfy sofa and enjoy a G&T! On summer days they have seating along the docks and serve a yummy ceaser salad, which is over priced but again is worth it to sit in the lovely setting! You can also hire out the top floor for private parties, which is worth it to just to walk along the walkway to the loos and pretend you marilyn monroe! whilst looking down on the rest of the bar!

Review of Bristol Trade Centre

05 Oct 07, 09:15

Bristol Trade Centre 2*

I bought my car from this company, although the staff are eager to sell anything on the forecourt to you, they are helpful and go out of there way to try and please. They have silly amounts of cars to choose from all spread over the site at the feeder. I could even drive my car away from the showroom once i had signed the forms and paid, which was helpful! The only thing i would complain about is that i asked for a pink air freshner to be thrown in with the deal, which they didn't stick to!

Review of Lizard Lounge

05 Oct 07, 09:02

Lizard Lounge 1*

I queued for 45 minutes to get into the Lizard Lounge as i wanted to know what all the fuss was about! And i was miserably greeted with student/private school students, drinking from plastic glasses listening to shockingly cheesey music!(you also have to pay£5 on the door) It was like a school disco in a cave! Apparantly students love Lizard Lounge! im not sure if its cos they have bad taste in music or just accept its the student place to go!! This place is in desperate need of a refurb!

Review of The Bristol Hippodrome

03 Oct 07, 11:14

Bristol Hippodrome 3*

I rently went to see Derek Achora at the Bristol Hippodrome, i was really impressed at his show and would definitely go back. I booked the tickets on the web three days before. The sweets and drinks on sale, are expectedly over priced but this didn't put us off having some beers and fruit gums! The whole building is delightful but obviously needs some tender love and probably a few hundred thousand pounds spending on it! I have recently bought tickets for the ice queen performed by the english national ballet.

Review of Ivor Payton

Reliable and trustworthy Garage 4*

I G Payton garage dont over charge and go out of their way to get hold of parts quickly and cheaply. I have used them for a few years now and recommend them to my friends and family! The family are friendly and always shock me when the bill comes back! They dont patronise like most of the well-known garages do!

Review of Goldbrick House

Gold standard Vegetarian Breakfast 5*

Gold Brick House situated on Park Street is the under advertised bar/bistro/restaurant, the cosy and stylish interior invites you to enjoy good food. We often visit for Sunday breakfast, the options to choose from include the vegetarian breakfast, made up of a parmesean and pepper frittate, mixed beans, potato pancake, scrambled eggs, herb potatoes......... the list goes on, but it is scrumptious and easily competes with other highly priced breakfasts served in modern Bristol Restaurants. The building goes on and on and feature a large restaurant, terrace, bar and comfy sofa rooms. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Review of Hire Rite

Hire Rite 4*

If you need to hire a vehicle for moving house, office, a weekend trip or for business purposes.........hire it from Hire Rite. My family recently embarked on a trip to Ipswich for a family birthday, we hired a mercedes V Class from them, we received excellent service from all the staff, they made sure we were happy with the vehicle before we set off on our mammouth journey! The whole process was stress free and reasonably priced for the service. I recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Review of Spyglass

Bar & Grill on a boat! 3*

SpyGlass is an floating bar&grill restaurant situated in the city docks. On a summers evening it is THE perfect place to enjoy a large greek salad or mezze plate. The grill offers a range of chargrilled meats, along with home made burgers and a selection of child friendly dishes. They have now extended the boat onto the cobbled street with a delightful marquee area that transforms into an art showcase during the winter months. This place has modern and friendly environment , with a range of pubs and bars opposite, if you wish to go onto a wild night out!!
