This is a lovely country pub located to the Perry Wood Parks. This makes it an ideal place to stop and have some lunch after a nice walk in the woods. There is also a car park if you don't wish to walk. There is a beautiful garden area, which is always well kept. There are plenty of picnic tables to enjoy your meal outside. There is also an Avery and a small children's play area. Dogs are also welcome here. Inside it is very traditional with hops lining the ceiling. There is also a dining area. The food here is good and they serve all your traditional pub stuff like Ploughman's. The service is good, it can get quite busy here during the summer though. The prices are reasonable. This is a great place for all the family!
