A tranquil meal out at a good price 
The Thai Emerald in Cheltenham is fantastic for meals out and also great for take aways.
Good quality Thai food can often be expensive and the cheaper options not good quality. However, here the set menus are good quality, you get big portions and it's not expensive.
The design inside is astounding with wood carvings and a water fall and pond at the entrance.
I often find take aways leave me feeling like I wish I hadn't eaten them but I actually feel like I have had a healthy meal having eaten take aways from here.

Good food with a good service
The Spice Express in Purton provide good quality take-aways at a reasonable price.
They have won local and national awards for best Indian take away which reasures that they will definately have clean kitchens and good hygiene.
They offer a 10% discount on meals if you collect or you can have free deliverey instead.
They nearly always stick in a few free poppadoms too.

Cheap and nasty 
Not a fan of Cosmos!
I opted for some fish cakes and they did not in any way resemble chinese food. They were clearly low grade shop bought frozen fish cakes and I found a lot of the food at Cosmos to be like this.
I'm not a fan of buffets anyway because I like to eat socially and everyone is up getting food at different times with buffets.
The food is probably what you would expect for the price. However, this doesn't suit me as I prefer to pay for good quality food otherwise I'll just cook for myself.

A hairdresser you can trust!
I have been getting my haircut by Mick at Knock Em Dead since I can remember.
He is reliable, knows what will suit you and he is honest. He has never given me a haircut which I haven't liked.
I went to one other hairdressers once because I couldn't get an appointment last minute and I would never do it again!
Mick listens to what you'd like and he advises you on what will look good and is always right!
He is easy to talk to and his pricing is very reasonable.

Great music and a great atmosphere
I love Porter Bar it is my favourite bar in Bath for nights out.
The cellar is a great atmosphere and the DJ always plays great music. I always feel like I'm in another country when I'm there because there's nothing else quite like it!

An ideal holiday restaurant
I love going on holiday to Fowey in Cornwall and my favourite restaurant has to be Sams.
They serve amazing fresh fish and the restaurant is relaxed but at the same time not too casual.
The prices are reasonable and it is great for kids.
The interior is really funky and the staff are really friendly too.

Great service
Flowers Galore in Malmesbury offer a brilliant service. The staff are really friendly and they will get flowers made for you really quickly at a last minute.
They always look beautiful and are are very reasonably priced.
You can definately rely on them to get your flowers ready fast and to a good standard!

Your Number 1 Radio Station! 
GWR offer so much to the local community which no other radio station can offer.
They are first with all the latest local news, traffic updates and the presenters all live locally making them relative to you!
They play a fantastic variety of music and always have me singing along. They are exactly what I look for in a radio station because I love my music and they play those songs which make you go "Oh my god I haven't heard this song in ages and I love it!". I love being suprised and GWR always auprise me.
The presenters are great to listen to. Jez and Roo at Breakfast always have really interesting and fun conversations.
Tony Wright plays the best music throughout the day and Howard Taylor is hilarious to listen to after a stressful day at work on the way home. And at the same time they all give you the latest and most reliable updates on traffic information whilst you are on the move which you cannot get from anywhere else!

A fantastic way to relax and learn to cope with every day stresses
Hypnotherapy with Jane is absolutely ideal for anyone who is feeling unhappy, unable to relax, anxious, depressed or even like they just want escape for an hour every now and then.
She is so easy to talk to and has a solution to every problem. Hypnotherapy is a great way of learning to relax and Jane somehow makes you look on everything with a more positive attitude.
I felt unhappy for months and after two sessions I am feeling much more positive and I can deal with everyday problems much better!
