ideal 
this car park is in an ideal location for the centre of Braunton. Once free of charge, it IS now pay and display . All Brauntons main shopping facilities are within walking distance of the car park. However it holds around 50 cars so you can be witing for a space if it is particularly busy

who DONT they supply 
There are a few Patts around North Devon and thats for a reason. They supply all the local food businesses. The hotels, restauants and cafes all rely on Patts to supply them so they must be good. The thing I really ike about them is that they source local veg wherever possible. I know the sprouts are locally grown.

totally disagree 
I knew some one who worked in here for a short time. I asked why the staff were so grumpy. Apparently it comes from the top of the chain ... the woman who owns if is grumpy and that filters down to the shop floor. Shame really cos the shop itself is really lovely, well stocked, clean and always busy

Better than the other one 
Ok so I know theres another fish n chip shop in braunton, but to be honest, this one is SOOOO much batter. The fish is fresh, the batter is crisp and they serve real chips! I think the other plaice is relying on its reputation too much - at least here the staff smile!

Great for a bit of a do
Only time I visited this pub was to go to a mates wedding do. Lovely pub, nice function room. One of those treasures thats hidden away down a side street. Has various littte "pockets" where you can have a quiet moment. Watchout for the uneven floors tho ... you're not really that drunk!

Name Change
So this place has changed its name now to The Aggy ... well thats new owners for you and what the locals have called it for ages. Still great food and the regularly have local live bands there too at the weekends - which is a real plus for local talent. average pub selling average beer .. but worth a visit if ur in Braunton
