Perfect Paint Job 5*

If you need your car re-touching or you just fancy a new colour vehicle this is the place to come for a really good quality spray job which looks like a brand new vehicle and no questions asked. They are professional and very courteous so yes I would definitely recommend this place. Top marks.

Review of Drum Shop

LOUD! 5*

Drums may not be the most social instrument to learn but this is the best place to get the loudest ear drum splitting drums in town and they also sell ear plugs and defenders so you will protect your own hearing even though your neighbours might need to invest in some double glazing. But like they say here - if it's too loud, you're too old!

Get Your Hair Back 5*

If like me you just had most of your hair cut off this place specialise in giving you back what was taken. They do hair extensions which look great - however mine were only on the top layer so when the wind blew you could sometimes see the shorter hair underneath - next time I shall buy the full head option

Review of Little Flower Shop

Flowers of All Sizes 5*

Not just small ones, but big bouquets and everything in between - this is a great florists where they not only deliver anywhere in the UK as part of the Interflora network but can also design special arrangements for whatever you want. Sadly I needed them for a funeral but they managed to create an amazing floral tribute to my Uncle who always loved cheese so they designed a floral tribute in the shape of a cheese grater using silver thistles for the outside and sunflower petals for the cheese - simply breathtaking.

Review of Thrift Shop

06 May 08, 00:57

Cheap 5*

"Thrifty" is apparently Scottish slang for someone who is tight fisted which is probably why this shop gets its name. It's amazingly cheap and you can find some real bargains in here whether you're "thrifty" or normal. It's all in aid of charity as well which makes it even more of a good idea.

Review of MC's Barber Shop

06 May 08, 00:49

Excellent Hair Dressers 5*

This was my favourite hair dresser during my weekend in Edinburgh - they let you have a free glass of water while you have you hair cut and they also have a wide and varied amount of subjects to talk to you about. The quality of my haircut was superb although my hair was already quite short they tidied it up a lot and it was extremely cheap.

Really Good Cause 5*

I think this is one of the most important causes at the moment especially in Edinburgh where there seem to be a lot more home less people than the national average so please go and buy something from here if you get the chance and make a real difference to someone's life.

So Good They Named It Twice 5*

"Original Barbers Shop Original Barbers Shop" is a really good hairdressers where once they have finished cutting your hair and you get to the till they turn you round sit you down and start again. Not really. In fact this place does a really nice haircut and the staff are really friendly and chatty so you feel right at home. They also have mens magazines for you to read while you wait which is a nice touch.

Best Chippy In Oldham 5*

George the guy who runs this place is lovely and they do brilliant chips - you can sit down to eat but it gets really busy and you can see whats going on in the market through the window. Watch out cos it gets so busy at lunctimes you might have to wait for a table or sit outside opposite woolies if its sunny.

Review of Las Iguanas

05 May 08, 14:08

Brazillian Fiesta 5*

Went to Las Iguanas last night with some mates and had a great time. We were sat outside in the piazza area sipping cocktails and it was lovely. So cheap as well, and great service, especially the little bald bloke I think he runs the place, anyway we had a great night and recommend this place. Gonna try the food next time!
