Get Your Hair Back 
If like me you just had most of your hair cut off this place specialise in giving you back what was taken. They do hair extensions which look great - however mine were only on the top layer so when the wind blew you could sometimes see the shorter hair underneath - next time I shall buy the full head option

Chatty Cuppa 
If you like a good chin wag over a steaming cuppa this is the best place to head for because they so some very nice cuppas and the conversation is always flowing so they have the right name! Very friendly place where you will feel at home immediately.

Take A Bite 
The sandwiches here were OK but nothing special, and I was disappointed by the amount of content in my sandwich which had all been placed along the middle so it looked full when in the display case.

Nice Baps
Whether the irony of the name has struck them or not it doesnt matter because this is one butty shop that doesnt cut corners, fresh fillings, reasonable prices and they make sure you have plenty - you wont be disappointed and will probably compliment them on their fine baps.

Not just guitars
This is a confusing shop because they dont just specialise in selling guitars they also sell things like guitar based music and also concert tickets to guitar based gigs! So I guess if you love everything guitar based this is the place for you

This is A SUPER newsagents hence the name. Super because they do everything! Literally! You go in and say "have you got any post it notes" and hey presto out they come with some post its! Same with sticky tape and the Beano!

Cheap Charity
I wasnt particularly engaged by the charity so I couldnt find any good reason to part with my hard earned cash on this shop because there was nothing that I wanted to buy in here. Normally I would buy something anyway and just throw it away or give it to a different charity shop just to help the charity but not here.

Not Exactly Starbucks
This place was probably 'acceptable in the eighties' but now a days with the advent of your starbucks et al it jut doesnt cut the mustard. You ont find the variety or quality of choices you are used to and will be left a bit disappointed I'm afraid

Framed! If you have a poster you really like this is the place to turn it into art! I had a couple of old movie posters which looked a bit tatty if im being honest but once framed they look like some sort of antiques! Definitely worth the money.

I was disappointd with this chippy because the cod I ordered was not only cold in the middle but also had lots of little bones which did not make me happy in the slightest, so although they seem nice I'm gonna say dont go here.

If you love paying interest then borrow some money here! Seriously, probably not the cheapest place for a loan but what they do offer is the chance for people who struggle to get approved to borrow money and they give, according to my mate, some good advice on consolidating your debts,

If you're short of cash, this is a place where you can find out about getting a cheap loan but they seem a little bit high on the interest rates so probably best to try your bank first. This is somewhere for people who struggle to get credit really.

Good For Every Body
Whatever you need in the way of toiletries you can find them here and all of them have not been tested on animals which is important. I like the Musk aftershave which is from the Mostly Men range and is a very distinctive and original smell.

You wont be scratching around for bargains if you go here - they are a good honest local butcher's who know how to deliver quality cuts of meat at great prices. Definitely worth checking out if you want some nice meat, and not just pork!

Sloppy
This place was a bit of a nightmare - I waited about half an hour and didnt get served because it was so busy and when I tried to get the attention of one of the shop assistants I was ignored because they were serving someone else at the time. Not good.

Good Branch Of Body Shop
This is a nicely run branch of the chain with a conscience. The team are lovely and give you a very warm Geordie welcome and they keep the place clean and tidy. I was able to find the moisturiser I needed quickly and I got served straight away.

Great Service
This place really went the extra mile to find the best deal for me. I was confused by the different products on offer as I needed the most texts I could get and a phone with a 5 megapixel camera and they showed me a brilliant nokia model which was perfect for me. Great service here.

Shelter is the charity which helps the homeless and this is a good little shop with some real bargains that is helping one of the most important local good causes. Recommend going here and snapping up a bargain because you are making a difference too.

This is a brilliant local pet shop where they have all sorts of weird and wonderful pets for sale from hamsters to gerbils and everything in between. They take good care of the animals and they all look healthy and happy and they also stock cages and food.

If you're the kind of person who keeps losing their pens, this is somewhere you should shop at regularly. The reason? They specialise in pens so whatever pen you've just mislaid, it will be easy to replace! They dont just do biros, there's fountain pens and more unusual pen types as well, including some specialist caligraphy tools.
