Good pub, nice view 
This is mercifully free of the tourist hordes that sometimes blight Greenwich. You can sit by the river or inside in a quirky old-style pub. Staff are pleasant, food is OK.

Enjoy the view 
Full of tourists who are milling around outside too. Staff don't care, beer is just about drinkable. Keep walking to the Cutty Sark Tavern (just don't tell the tourists).

Loud, tacky, and overpriced. This replaced a nice old-fashioned jazz pub. It's now since closed and been 'refurbished' to something similar whose title I can't even be bothered to read.

Bargain beer but that's it
Avoid this place on a weekend - it's heaving with teenies guzzling alcopops. Security staff are extremely rude. Mon-Thurs its not a bad place for a cheap meal and a drink, but definitely one of the poorest Weatherspoons I've been in.

Wonderful pub 
What a great place this is! You can take your dog and your kids in. The staff are great, the beer is wonderful (and potent!) and the food is of a very high standard. Only downside is that it can get very busy and it can be difficult to find seats. Outside seating also available.

Pleasant gay pub
Not as good as it used to be as they turn the music a bit too loud on the weekends, but a pleasant pub with friendly staff and good beers. Seats outside in the summer.

More depressing than a KFC
Food here was poor copies of French classics, thrown together in a slapdash manner. Service was good but I was depressed at how busy it was for what is really a chain a la KFC, Burger King etc. Stay at home and cook.

Best restaurant for miles
When I'm in the need to celebrate or just cheer myself up I always book here. The food (Modern British cuisine) is excellent, and the prices good value (particularly the house wine). The service is efficient rather than friendly but that's fine. My favourite restaurant in London! NOTE: it is extremely popular so you will need to book, and in the case of weekend evenings, up to a week in advance.

It'll do if Tai Won Mein is packed out
So-so noodles, OK prices. Went here some months ago and the food was normal Chinese restaurant food, nothing more. Prices are reasonable but no bargain.
