Ear splittingly good bass! 
Fabric is quite simply one of the best clubs I've ever been to, for the sheer look of the place and the outstanding quality of music, without fail. It has three separate rooms with independent sound systems and the best bit is the vibrating floor in Room 1 which is attached to 400 bass transducers so you really feel the bass as it literally blasts into your skeleton through your feet!
All the top artists regularly feature here, such as:
Scratch Perverts, Pendulum, High Contrast, London Elektricity, Cyantific, Logistics, DJ Hype, Andy C, Krafty Kuts and DJ Yoda and this is a small selection of the quality acts that play here.
I really reccommend friday nights for Fabriclive. Get on their website and look out for a night that catches your eye, it'll be well worth it, and they do student discount too!

Review of Hummus Bros

Give peas a chance!
So reads the Hummus Bros. slogan!
Started by two students who wanted a healthy, delicious, filling snack, and, discovering hummus, decided to make a business of it, this place really blew me away. We popped in for a light lunch and it was brilliant. Small and cosy, and very clean, this little place near Soho was a top find! They make their hummus fresh daily, and spin it into a bowl before adding your choice of topping in the middle (I had some mouth wateringly succulent sauteed chicken) and serve it with freshly baked hot pitta bread (your choice of white or brown) on the side. To accompany I had freshly made mint and ginger lemonade which was really sharp and had such a kick, but it was delicious and really cleared my palate.
We left extremely full and satisfied, and really not that much lighter in the pocket! 5 stars!

Vietnamese bonanza!
Went to this little hideaway for my best mates 21st birthday and I was mightily impressed. The evening began with cocktails in the top floor bar, reached by ascending several old rickety wooden staircases, really authentic and cool with all sorts of traditional French-Vietnamese items decorating the walls. We then moved downstairs into a private room for what can only be described as a feast, and what an amazing one it was! Not once was there nothing on the table! The staff busily took care of everything and your glass is always full of wine! They brought out plate after plate of delicious Vietnamese food, including steamed soya beans, crispy rolls, Asian fishcakes and that was just a small selection of the starters! We then had ginger chicken with chilli and cashews, and a fish dish and a vegetable curry, followed by a selction of desserts, tea and coffee and chocolates, all washed down with loads more lovely white wine!

Review of Langans Brasserie

Pukka grub
Benn to Langan's for a mates birthday (twice now for two separate years) and it is definitely a place to go! It is brilliantly casual and laid back, indeed when you arrive for lunch at 12.30, you can have a relaxed drink in the 'garden' as it is affectionately known (an area with green carpet!!) before being shown to your table, and don't expect to leave before about 7 o clock! The waiters are brilliant and attentive, the wine list long and full, and the food is down to earth, proper English, and absolutely fantastic (go for the bangers and mash - it's superb!).
Langans is always very busy, a tribute to its popularity, and you will have difficulty making a reservation, but it is well worth sitting on the waiting list as it is just so good.
Five stars all the way.

Review of The Goring Hotel

Out of this world food
The Goring Hotel does some of the best food I have ever tasted in London. Run by the Goring family for almost 100 years, it is what you would expect from a family business - outstandingly friendly and conscientious staff. A favourite of the Queen mother, The Goring is located just around the corner from Buckingham Palace, and is certainly fit for royalty. Regally and luxuriously decorated, it is quite simply a wonderful place to be, whether in the bar, on the terrace, or relaxing in the lounge. Tucked away behind the Goring are exquisite gardens, and the luxury bedrooms are simply wonderful.
This hotel is thoroughly deserving of its five star rating, and I believe it should be given more!

Review of Belgo Centraal

A beer lover's paradise
Belgos speciality is beer. That, and mussels. If you love either of the above, or both, this place is for you! Indeed, the beer menu is longer than the food menu and the wine menu put together, twice! You can expect an enormous variety of beers ranging from 4% white beers to full blown 12% dark ales, and everything imaginable inbetween. Many you won't have heard of, some you will, but do not hesitate to ask the staff for a recommendation - explain your preferences and they will pick you out a treat, be it a fruit flavoured beer, or one infused with champagne, complete with it's own cork! On to the food then - wow! You may have guessed that with such an affinity with beer, the chefs may add a little to their dishes to spice them up a bit, and you would be correct! From wild boar and beer sausages to gruyere and orval cheese and beer croquets there is definitely something for every palate here! And the mussels come in all manner of flavours! From the moment you step off the old mining lift which takes you down to the restaurant (another brilliant point about this place) you will see parties of friends eagerly tucking into a kilo of thai mussels and washing them down with delicious beer!
A warm, friendly and inviting place, especially for the beer minded! Definitely worth a visit.

Review of Little Italy

Delightful
Tucked away down Frith Street in Soho is this little gem - Little Italy, and having been there several times now, we know it as The Little Italy (yes it really is that good!). Though a little pricy, you definitely get what you pay for: the service is second to none with friendly, knowledgable and attentive bar staff, and marinated olives and peanuts in generous portions on the bar (which are instantly refilled!). Once you have had a few drinks, they bring out hot food for you to enjoy at the bar, plate after plate of wonderful succulent prawns in chilli and other delicacies. These they will keep bringing until you can either eat or drink no more, or both!
This beauty is a must for anyone passing through Soho, whether simply for a quick drink or to make an evening of, it comes highly reccommended. You will not be disappointed!
