Review of Blockbuster Video

All you need 5*

I've been using these guys for a long time and Blockbusters is a simple enough idea. The people who run this store do it brilliantly. Sometimes you can be queuing for a while, but it's worth it because they've probably got the film or game you want. Reasonable prices to hire.

Review of Asda Stores

Reasonable prices 4*

It's easy to find things in here, the prices are low, there's plenty of parking either side of the two entrances. There's a petrol station adjacent which is one of the cheapest around.

Review of Dillons Newsagents

They deliver 3*

This place is the local newsagent for large parts of Lower Earley, they deliver for fairly good rates, and inside they've got a good range of sweets, cards, magazines and newspapers.

Review of Seven Red Roses

Convenient but not brilliant 2*

If you need a beer in a hurry, this place is OK, maybe if you live nearby and no-one wants to drive, but it's not the best in town so keep looking if you want a properly nice pub,.

Review of Keis Peking Restaurant

Great Chinese restaurant 4*

You're going to be here for a while and it's going to cost a bit, but it'll be a great night with the best Chinese food.

Review of McDonald's Restaurants

Just another branch of the Golden Arches 3*

It's a drive-through McDonald's so handy if you're in a rush to grab something for the kids on the way home. Fairly new, clean and tidy.

Review of Sung Lee

Quick and easy 3*

Chinese, fish and chips, whatever you need for an easy takeaway evening in, these guys will do it quickly, and the food will be good.

Review of No Page Unturned

Support your local bookshop 4*

This little bookshop in the Maiden Earley shopping centre really deserves a visit, they've worked hard to make it a nice place to go and we need shops like this to survive. They've got a good range of kids books if you're looking for something to keep them amused. Well worth a visit.
