Review of City Inn Westminster
16 Apr 08, 17:19
London's Best Hotel
If you want a decent place in London, that's world class, but is chilled and comfortable - City Inn Westminster is defo. The place to check-in to.
The Millbank Lounge is fantastic, rooms are the best in town and the Thames Suite gives you views across Westminster money can't buy.

Review of Zucci
16 Apr 08, 17:09
There's very few places...
That sells Paul Smith, even less in the small city of Bath.
But Zucci has a great range of accessories and clothing from across the Paul Smith range - PS, Jeans and London.
They're independent, so if you're buying a few things, there's always a deal to be done.

Review of Broadwalk Shopping Centre
16 Apr 08, 17:07
Friendly Knowle...
is the location for Broadwalk...
They have loads and loads of shop and places to eat and drink if you're with the kids.
If you don't want to go into town, and live locally, then Broadwalk is the best.

Review of Brad Abrahams
16 Apr 08, 17:05
Eye eye...
Brad Abrahams is a great little optician tucked away in Bath.
They have a great selection of designer frames and also an accompanying selection of sunglasses.
Book in for an appointment, and you know you'll leave having the coolest specs. Around!

Review of Yate Shopping Centre
16 Apr 08, 15:50
I love to Shop...
til I drop and Yate Shopping Centre is fantastic if you want somewhere to have a chilled shopping experience.
Its also nice to have a shopping centre that was built as a shopping centre, so all the facilities you'd expect are on-hand.
They also have some great events for the kids at Easter so its worth checking out the events calendar online.

Review of The Slug And Lettuce
16 Apr 08, 15:48
Looks great...
on the inside, but the newly relocated Slug and Letuce wasn't what I expected.
On a lunch hour, the service was a little on the slow-side, although the place is quite big, so they may have had an off day in the kitchen.
My olives were great, and the beer was nice (very nice glass!)

Review of Wagamama
16 Apr 08, 15:46
Wags is great...
Wagamama is fantastic when you fancy eating out with friends but don't want to break the bank...
The relaxed dining style is great for loads of friends to get together...
Beware though... Chicken Katsu curry... the sauce alone has 2000 CALORIES... so its Chicken Chilli Men for me - yum!

Review of Oceana
15 Apr 08, 12:27
Immerse youself in...
Be under no illusion - this club is vast... very big, gigantic, immense, massive humungous, not small...
If you want to drink (lots) and dance (lots, and to R&B) then head to Oceana(s) but mind the hen-party on the way in!

Review of St. Nicholas Market
15 Apr 08, 12:19
A world of choice...
If you're sat at your desk, and the clock has tickets onto 12 O'clock and the watery soup that’s been in your draw is calling you but you fancy something a little bit different... head to St. Nick's Market...
Indian, Italian, Vegan, Pies, Sausages, Moroccan - you make it, is available at the market.
Once you've finished the fantastic lunch, maybe head to the sweet shop, pick up a bargain book, buy a candle or enjoy a freshly squeezed juice.

Review of Vue
15 Apr 08, 12:16
Enjoy the Vue
Vue at Longwell Green is an alright cinema...
If you've missed a film that's been out for a while, forget going to Vue - films are not shown here normally for longer than a week or so... unlike some of the other cinemas in Bristol.
The foyer is impressive, and of course, the obligitatory feast of popcorn, hotdog and coke machines greet you at the far end.
The seating is comfy and films, are, as you'd expect, show in high-quality.
