Super Ted

I love Ted Baker, one of the best brandeed names about, some really nice designer clothes and accesories. They all seem to fit really well and make you look superb. Ok a little pricey but it is worth it. The staff are superb, anbd couldn't do more to help you!

Treat Yourself

Most decadent, amazing meal of my life. Everything was perfectly prepared and served. We sat at the dining bar which was great because our waiter was on hand to answer our questions the entire time.

I started with La Tomate which was tomato gazpacho with croutons and ricotta cheese. Then we had a pea soup/mint gelee amuse bouche. For my entree, I ordered the L'Amadai (pronounced "ah-ma-die"). Our sever told us that Amadai is a Japanese fish, and was worth trying It was a great recommendation. It was a pan-sauteed flaky white fish served in a Yuzu citrus broth with lily bulbs. With our entree, we were served a side of truffled mashed potatoes par gratis, and they were the best mashed potatoes I have ever had. So smooth. Then, our waiter presented us with one of the restaurant's new pre-desserts, which was a combination coconut foam, rum ice, passionfruit souffle. It was tiny, but delicious. For dessert, I had L'Exotique, which was wonderful. It was a citrus-y dessert - some mango sorbet, some souffle, some fruit topped with a sprinkling of gold foil which was surprisingly edible. My friend started with the raviolis and ordered Le Chocolat Sensation for dessert. I tried both and recommend them too.

The cost for our two starters, two entrees, two desserts, two glasses of wine and one lager was £98.

While the price was somewhat exorbitant, I must say it was totally worth it. The food was top notch, the service was wonderful and the experience was priceless. Treat yourself!

BMW and Mini

Huge showroom, selling both BMW and mini's, a huge selection in their rear forecourt as well as a few roadside. Not cheap but they're very nice, the BMW's that is, a 1 series coupe is lovely and great to drive.

Mini's don't really do it for me!

Town Best

This has won numerous award for its meat, such a good butchers, that sell everything from stir fry's (already made up) to the sauces to go with lamb chops, also a nice seleection of hand made pies, both meat and apple which are lovely.

You'll go a long way to find a better butcher.

With a small restaurant and table service upstairs and a nice chip bar downstairs this is one fo the most popular chippies in town. Its absolutely superb and you can see everything being freshly prepared as you wait, great touch!

Top Notch

Now with its new 2 floor layout this place is brilliant. Guys upstairs the ladies down it now offers a much bigger choice than it did before.

Prices are kinda moderate, cheaper than debenhams and Next but more expensive than Topman and Burtons.

My favourite place for clothes shopping in town!

Lynn's biggest supermarket, that aswell as they usual food stuffs sell clothing, garden furniture and household items such as microwaves and tv's.

This place is huge and probably the cheapest place for weekly shopping in town!

School Favourite

These guys do a great lunch time deal, 9 inch pizza £1, or a slice and fries for a quid, gets a lot of kids in from KES, The Park and the college, and I was certainly one them!

They deliveries always turn up hot and speedy, one of the best in town.

I often get my mates gifts from here for birthdays/christmas as there is such a huge choice.

This place is huge, so much choice under one roof.

It makes my local next look like a dog cage. The best selection of sumemr clothes I've ever seem, the only problem is with so much you don't know what to buy, so you get everything and it becomes quite expensive!

Bears Break Wing Mirrors!

This place is superb, well worth a visit, the car safari drive starts with Zebras and antelope, before you drived through the caged enclosure of wolves, bears and tigers.

The wolfs, actually look quite harmless, but don't really wanna find out, the bears were arguing when I went which was hilarious, then I drove past the sign 'Bears break wing mirrors!' superb, then you head into the lion pen, where the cubs come right up to the window, it was such a great day, you then head round, the park see the elephants, monkeys, tigers and giraffes which are all quite 'cute' as my other half says!

Then taking a walk on the Australian walkabout was so cool, seeing the kangaroos and koala's.

There's so much to see and do, you've gotta go.

I love it.

Located just round the corner from the Aldwych this is really swanky, quite pricey but when you get in you'll see why.

A huge selection of wines and beers from all over the world. I think this is one fo my favourite bars in town.

Superb

About a 2 minute walk (to left, down Kingsway) as you come out of Holborn Station you'll find this All Bar One, in a Victorian Building with nice decor, and a bigger floor space than you think from outside.

if I head to london for a show I'll often pop in for a drink. Really nice, a bit pricey, but its ondon so its not gonna be northern prices is it!

Near Ground & Pubs!

This tube station is the closest to West Ham Uniteds home ground, just come out and turn right, the grounds about 500 metres down the road on your left.

There are plenty of pubs, kebab and curry houses nearby as well as the famous Queens Market!

Londons Best place

I love the Camdeb Market, you can't beat it, place to be clothes, music and generally have a great day out at the wrold famous market, worth jumping on the tube to come and look.

Trains come every few minutes and the station is served by the Northern Line,both branches giving easy connections north and south of the river.

if you come into Waterloo, london's busiest terminal, you're just a few stops from anywhere really, the ticket hall is always rammed so I'd advise you to buy a ticket well in advance.

Review of Westminster Underground Station

Clean

As Westminster is part of the realtively new Jubilee Line that connects STratford to Stanmore this is quite a nice clean station with a lovcation to die for.

You come out and you're standing right next to the Thames, with Big Ben infront of you, and the London Eye to the right.

With everything within walking distance you can't really do much better.

The older part of the tube station gives you access to the district and circle lines, meaning that its pretty much easy access to anywhere in the capital.

Rammed

Friday and saturday night this is the place to be, the only pub in Ely with live music, and the bar that opens the latest, til 1am.

The tunes blast out and everyone can't help but sing along, such and infectious little place, but get there early so you don't have to queue.

Spot On

The location right on Ely's riverside is perfect, in the summer there's no better place to be.

Local, Norfolk and Suffolk ales get pumped into the heart of neighbouring Cambridgeshire, with regular guest ales.

tyhe beer garden is superb, as is the food.

I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Best In Town

For me this is the best hairdressers in town, whatever you want doing these guys and dolls seem to do it with ease.

Tips, put ups and mohawks are all crazy styles I've seen them do, but they can do the simple to!

One bad point is its one of most expensice places in town, but you do get what you pay for! Including a head massage!

The thing I lvoe about East Coast is the fact its actually owned by people who know about music and know how to make some wicked sounds.

They sell a huge variety of instruments, amps and microphones.

if you were thinking about starting a group, this is the place to go and get kitted out.

After a night out as your heading down Norfolk Street this is the palce to drop in for a cheeky jkebab as you wait for a taxi!

I've stayed at this hotel a few times, the bars are well stocked, the rooms are comfortable, and the fews onto the famous Upton Paark pitch are breathe taking, unfortunatly they don't let you on to the hallowed turf.........unless you bribe security!

Superb Value

This place is the nuts, set ina beautiful location, its a bar with a huge seating area for diners, they do a carvery where they fill your plate with as much fresh cut meat as you want, for £6.50 on a sunday, and weekdays it costs just £3.50.

Drinks are well priced too and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I blame these guys fior my rounded stomach, however that said the cookies they make have got to be some of the best around, triple chocolate, or fruit, nut and choca=olate are the best.

Buzzing

Its one of the main bars in the theatre district, always busy and buziing on a night out, great atmosphere and wicked music with everything from old skool, cheese and r n b through to rock and hip hop.

The only problem is waiting time at the bar, but its that good you don't actually mind hanging on for a bit!

Awesome

I love cars and I'm looking to upgrade at the mo, spent hours searching MK's show rooms til I spotted the new Audi S3, fell in love from the start, they were curtiuis and let me take it for a test drive, boy is it a nice car.

Just saving a few more coppers til I get one!

I'm normally fusy with Indian food as |I'm not a huge spicy food person, however, they can cook anything the way you like it, spicy, herby or in a sauce of your choice!

The naan's are all freshley made, and the curry was the best I've ever tasted!

Superb

You can't fault the service from MK train station, I've never been on a train from there thats been late, and you can get anywhere in the country from here too, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, London, Coventry, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Wales and Wolverhampton.

Its so hassle free and the Virgin trains are so comfy and frequent, there's a train to London every 15 minutes at the least between 6am and 8pm.

They leave London til 1.30am coming back so you can head to the city for a West End Show, a few drinks, and not worrying about how you'll get back?

This is by far and away my favourite fish and chip shop in Milton Keynes, there's always a bit of queue which makes you know how good it is, but they are worth the wait!
