Good Work Out 
If you're looking to join up these guys do a pay as you use membership for their gym so if you aren't able to go you don't still get charged which I think is awesome.
The squash courts are clean and slip free which is always a bonus so you don't end up hurting your backside!
There's a bar with live sport, as well as football, tennis and badminton courts.
Definatly worth a try!

Best Chippie in MK 
This is by far and away my favourite fish and chip shop in Milton Keynes, there's always a bit of queue which makes you know how good it is, but they are worth the wait!
Check it out next time you fancy the traditional take away!
