Review of Giuliano

Expensive lunch, not worth it!
As I was walking through a hidden street in Kingston I noticed a small but attractive looking cafe. The interior was just like any other cafe I had been to, but there was very little space. I saw that it was busy so I did not care about the wait as I had been taken in by the menu and the freshness of the food, so I entered the premises. I was sat on a table which was situated just in front of the coffee machine. I ordered a Meat Lasagne with Meatballs and my partner ordered a Pasta Bake with meat. When the meals finally came I found that my meal looked as it was swimming in sauce and piled up with Parmesan Cheese this left me rather disappointed with the meal. My Partners meal looked better but again there was way too much Parmesan cheese. Both of these meals were a bit disappointing and at a cost of around £10 each were abit expensive for something you could have ordered at a nice italian restaurant. Another thing I noticed whilst in this cafe was that when they preparing the salads they did not wash the lettuce. They just seemed to just put the salad straight on the plate regardless of food hygiene and customers well being, they continued. I think the only thing I really like about my lunch at Giuliano was the sweet. The Cassata was very tasty.
