gotta job mister? 
Same as the other erview when i lived in Exeter i called in on this company looking for work on a temp basis. I was met with someone who didn't really appear to care atal about me and i didn't feel confident about leaving my personal CV there. I have tried other branches in North Devon and they seem to have the same lack lustre attitude.

Very over priced and small portions.. Possibly they feel that being in this location can command the higher prices but i won't go there any more as there are better places at better prices within 2 minutes walk

not a foot fan
I am sorry to say every time i have been in here, i seem to have to wait for ages and then have trouble getting the satff to measure the feet of my son. ( maybe his feet are too smelly!! ) It is a trusted brand but it is expensive and I do not like the service the store offers.. sorry!

It's there if you need it;
Like the other review siad placed in a little back street surrounded by oubs so probably does a good trade when they kick out. I have been there a couple of times when the bigger chinese takeaways are busy. The food is fine just the place doesn't present that well

Set the other end of town from the main comp which is in their favour as they are quite pricey as one reviwer has said and even though cakes are cakes and they probably taste the same it does make a difference when this shop charges 50p or so more for thier goods

bit sweaty
I always find it smells of sweat all the time in here and not the best place in town to go to. The staff are very young and as the other review said i would hate them to get really busy as they woudn't cope! Dance floor is the best part espicailly if you dance like i do and needs lots of room

Like the oter review has said this store relies on it's name not its product. If i have ever bought stuff from here it's not been good, and i have always been disappointed with it. It may be cheap then you get what you pay for.

Too pricey by far
This shop is so trying to be an upmarket London type boutique in a North Devon town and it doesn't work. their clothes claim to be the top range designer stuff but are priced right out of our market, and the lady ( Jane ) that runs it, is not that friendly if she thinks you are not her type of client! Bit too posh but not in the right way!

Phillip Milton has been in this industry along time and writes a column in the local paper which seems to talk alot of gibberish ( bit like me ) Not too sure this is a company i would use as they seem old fashioned and times have changed espicailly within this industry and where is safe for investments ( not mentioning Northern Rock ! )

I have been here a few times but each time i kinda didn't like it in there.. I only live in the next door village but was made to feel a little uncomfortable as wasn't totally local. Place is in need of an update, though the locals seem to like it as it is.

I always end up here on a night out in Barnstple and always leave really cheesed off. It's so busy and you can't get to the bar.. but i must be in the minority as its always busy, so is popular.. possibly becuase people are in a habit of going here anyway. They are trying to get food back on the menu but this is on hold as they have had manager problems

Why do they call it an Irish pub when it s just the same as any other pub in town. I have been here alot and it is very popular as a meeting place and is always busy but have yet to experience the Irish bit of it!

I used to always go here but lately it seems to have lost its pazzaz! Not too sure why, maybe there are better pubs around now and it does look a little tired.. funny now there is no smell of smoke you can smell the beer soaked into the floor instead. Large place inside

I would only go in here to get out of the rain or weather whilst waiting for a bus. The food is awful and the lady serving is not happy in her job as she was quite grumpy when i asked her about buying something. Bit rough and ready, but as another said serves a purpose

I am not a lover of this chain of store. There are much better companies around that do better deals and the after service is awful here. Not too sure if this compnay policy but the staff seem not to care too much in here whether you spend or not and if the after service is not good why buy here?

Toyzone is now based up at Atlantic Village and seems to sell toys that are run of the mill cheapo's! If you want something spefic like the in toy they probably won't stock it. But if you are looking for general suit anybody type of toys this place will probably suffice

in the middle of nowhere
A little service station that has one lady serving and none too happy lady, at that. I wouldn't get petrol form here as its quite pricey, but if you need a chocolate fill up they sell sweets here. If a tourist is passing by they may find this in a convenient place, but can't imagine locals using it

Not a fan
Having a hubby who has a bike ( Honday 1100 ) I am not a huge fan of this place as you can see from my ratings. I think it is the Kawasaki range that they stock plus second hand bikes and we have never found anything good in here that wasn't well over priced. The shop space is small with a cluttered room upstairs for accessories and staff that don't seem that interessed in you when you walk in.

cutting cost of what?
yet again they geta trade becuase of their opening hours being later than other places, but in this store the staff are new to this line of work and i do worry that they don't encorage repeat trade, by their offish attitude when they serve you. I ahve been in there 1x and wasn't inmpressed so don't intend returning.

I think this store relies on being known for the name. I ahve ofetn popped in here after my son finished swimming at the school next door and found the staff rather offish and quite happy to chat to a local person who was just stood there, rather than concentrate on serving me!.. bitter.. me?.. of course not!

This club really does seem to have gomne downhill fast. Sorry to say this, but the bar and buildings are looking rather tired and everytime i have been there for a function or a football match there isn't the friendliest of receptions awaiting you! The football side used to attract big crowds.. but now there is only about 40 or so for home matches which doesn't help cash flow to the premises

bit off the mark for me
yet again I am not in agreement with the other reviews. nearly everytime i go here we have to wait ages to be served, and on at least 2 occasions when they got to us, we were told they had run out of Dough and their menu was then cut right back.. not very impressive. It's such a shame cos i love pizza but do worry that this place swometimes can't keep up with the demand. It has lots of competition in town now so will need to shake up its act

mmmm pro drive not so sure
I havea slightly diffrent outlook on this company many because i have had dealings with one of the directors and found him rather pushy and slightly agressive towards people. I know he believes his business is the best but must remember if customers don't want to go here they will not suceedas a business. A friend went there for advanced driving and was made to feel rather small and a bad driver, which was not really the case. It may just have been one instructor, but it put us off using them.

If you are a walker or love the outdoors, then you will automatically be drawn into this shop. I however have found it quite pricey even though it is in an outlet, and haven't always found the staff there that friendly when i have been in. Worth a look in the store but don't be fooled thinking you are getting a bargain

You would have thought that trading uner the Boots name this would be a top notch shop, but no! there are better chemist's in the same street, with happier staff and more products on offer.. i do hate it when you buy the medical stuff and the assistant shouts at the top of her voice what you are buying, so the chemist can approve ( i assume !! )

I have known DJ Jude for along time and she is a good entertainer for kids but that is it.. why she is used on big events in Bideford is beyond me as their are more professional entertianers around. You get what you may fo here.. cheap tacky DJ

Well having been in there alot i do agree with the other reviews that service is not that great. The staff in there haven't always been the most helpful, and if you try to get them to price match other companies in their group, they are not interessted which has made me think, blow them.. and go elsewhere.. ie the internet and book with Eclipse Direct ( which is the same company! )

Not situated in the best place and away from other agents this is a small agncy with a bigger office in Barnstple. Tend to deal more on the land side than everyday houses in suburbia! Staff are okay though they have a very low share of the market place, so if you are looking for a sale of a average property maybe not the agent to consider

Kevin has been in this line of business for a long time, but still has a small agency with him and one other. Office always looks tired and difficult to see what properties he has available.. so if you were new to the area looking to but you may bypass this agnet, so not one i would recom,medn to sell through, though it is involved in the TEAM system where it can offer other EA properties that are in this group.

Brian has been in this industry along time and is very good at his trade. Tends to concentrate on the smaller jobs whihc is good as you can then get hold of him and he is not tied up with building new housing estates

Located towards the top of high street. this shop professes to be a sports shop but they have limited stuff and at a very high price. I am not over keen on the owner who is rather overpowering, but they do have a online side that is supposedly quite popular.. but if i want any sports equipment this is not a shop i would go to

Bill Smith has been around for along time and tends to deal in the cheaper end of the market. It is not somewhere i would buy my items as i prefer to have better quality, but is you want cheaper and cheerful this is an okay place

used to be good
this used to be the in place, but now it has become very yesterday and quite shabby inside. Had alot of change of staff and pub is split into 3 sections which is not ideal.. you end up there if you are on the pub crawl but i wouldn't choose to got here and stay

odd that he comes under the category of estate agent as what he does is advise people about how to sell thier property and charges for this... though he has to go through an estate agent to actually get it sold.. may pay you to cut out the middle man and go strisght to the estate agents!
