Braunton in the summer is like central surf city, and this is the pub that offers the best atmosphere. surfers by nature are quite laid back, as is this pub but with a real "IN" feel about it. It tends to be frequented by younger people than me, so i amy not fit in with the trendy's but if you do this is the place to be seen

Surfing dude's
If you want to learn to surf on one of the best beaches in the Country let alone Devon, this is the place to go. Their instructors are great and are really into surfing which means they teach you love it and respect the water. Alot of them are from Aus but have a great local knowledge of our rip tides etc.
