Actaully this is called Cowilngs now and is run soley by Jenny witha fenale team behind here. A good estate agent that knows their stuff. Small office but very helpful girls in the office and Jenny is a very honest hardworking estate agent.. rare in this industury

whats in your house?
These two guys really know theirstuff and have been in this line of business along time being ex Bond Oxborough Phillps Esate Agents.. which gave them a good grounding for this thankless business. If you ever have to move home you will eiether love or hate your agent depednig on how the sales goe, but as far as agents go this is one of the better ones and they are honest and keen which is a plus

Kivells are not trading any more in Bideford. They do have offices in other towns and are primarliy agnets that deal with farms and land. Very old fashioned, which is not a bad thing.. but spealise in the framing an auction side, so run of mill houses don't sell as quickly with them as the other agents

Where do i start? an estate agent that is formed up mainly of Ex Bond Oxborough Phillips people that have got their base training form the big agent and then gone to a smaller agent. Their office always looks so scruffy and messy as small, though they do have alot of properties on their books and are keen sellers. They have quite a high turnover of staff, which is not good, but local people always go back to them, so that may be a recommendation in itself!

soooo small
This agency run by Jon parry is literally a one man band with a ldy secretary. Jon belives he only wants a small share of the market place and i can imaginge he will always struggle agianst the bigger estate agents in town. Would you sell with them? .. well you get alot of individual attention but are they going to attract the buyers as they are so small??? though in Jon's defence he has been in this line of business along time and has good sales systems set up

land agent 
Not situated in the best place and away from other agents this is a small agncy with a bigger office in Barnstple. Tend to deal more on the land side than everyday houses in suburbia! Staff are okay though they have a very low share of the market place, so if you are looking for a sale of a average property maybe not the agent to consider

good Estate Agent 
Part of a group of 3 other branches, this is a very professional company that has great bosses. They strive to be very professional, though this office is quite small and with more than two people in may get crowded which can put buyers off going in there.. still they can always check what they are selling from thier marketing. Worth speaking to when looking to sell as competitive and give you an honest valuation on your property

tired looking estate agent
Kevin has been in this line of business for a long time, but still has a small agency with him and one other. Office always looks tired and difficult to see what properties he has available.. so if you were new to the area looking to but you may bypass this agnet, so not one i would recom,medn to sell through, though it is involved in the TEAM system where it can offer other EA properties that are in this group.

Bricks and mortars
An estate agent that has vbeen around for a long time.. got lots of brnaches across this area plus connection in Londond. A forward thinking EA that tends to deal in the upper market and therefore is not that negotitable on their fees. If you want to sell or buy a masion worth looking here first. Staff are friendly and experienced

surprised this is on here
Andrew used to be part of Cowling Levik Esatae Agents and has been in this business along time, but didn't realise he was doing the land side on his own, as well. He certailnly knows his business and if you have land to sell he will advise you with regards to PP potential which increases the price on it.. Good guy

the main letting agency of Appledrore.. but they tend to deal mainly in holiday letting, so if you have a cottage that you want holiday letting clients worth speaking to them, but do check out thier rates as they may be higher than others

house selling
the biggest agent in town. so if you are wanting to buy or sell you will look at them first.. they are negotiable on fees and always want to sell.. so are keen.. won't over value your house either.. Good ratio of staff for all customers

odd that he comes under the category of estate agent as what he does is advise people about how to sell thier property and charges for this... though he has to go through an estate agent to actually get it sold.. may pay you to cut out the middle man and go strisght to the estate agents!
