Healthy and tasty 
This place has the best salad bar you can create any type of salad you want and they've managed to make eating salads interesting! They also do soups, sandwiches and jacket potatoes. The smoothies and juices are made to order and taste delicious. The salads are a bit more expensive than shop bought ones but they taste so much nicer

Buzzy pub
This pub is great for drinks with mates or a casual meal out. The white wine spritzers come in enormous glasses and are the best in town. It gets quite busy at weekends so you might not always get a seat. They have an outside area at the front and back for when the suns out. The staff are friendly and you never have to wait long to get served. They do a lovely risotto.

Gastropub
This is one of my favourite places to eat. It's a Gastro pub with the better tables in the back section. The food is delicious and tends to have seasonal specialties. The desserts are amazing and you get generous portions. It is more expensive than standard pub grub but the quality of the food makes it worthwhile.

The food and service was excellent. A great place to take anyone you want to impress, I never had to fill my own wine glass and you get little extras like delicious truffles with coffee. The wine list was extensive and my only complaint is that I was told there was a Sommelier to help you choose your wine but there didn't appear to be one there when I went! It is quite expensive so definitely somewhere to go as a treat and you need to book exactly one month in advance.

laid back dining
The upstairs restaurant is a beautiful high ceiling roomed with dramatic decor which adds to the ambience. The staff are attentive and the food is reasonably priced. I've eaten here many times and have never had a bad experience.

Fast, fun mexican
Wahaca's is different to your normal mexican restuarant it's set out in a fresh, modern, canteen style, the service is fast and friendly. The food is delicious and you can order tapas style mexican food to share or order the more traditional fajitas and tacos. The pork scratchings are delicious! This is a great place to go with a group of friends but be warned it gets very busy in the evenings
