Review of The Worlds End

Average establishment in a rough area
The centre of Camden is not somewhere for the faint hearted. Based on an inappropriate reputation of "Cool", the centre of Camden is one of those places you can grudgingly set foot in during the day, but should never go near at night. As a result of it's location, The World's End is already struggling as a venue, but it does fight back from this disability well. With a nice spacious building, acceptable beer, and a tolerable atmosphere, it isn't a bad place. If you do find yourself in Camden, there are much worse places to be. It's just not somewhere I'd personally want to be.

Review of Lush

Expensive, but upstairs is amazing
The Cedar Room is not your typical late night location. True, like so many other places in London, it is an overly expensive, manic place on Saturday nights, but it benefits from the most amazing upstairs. When open to general public, you walk upstairs, and it's a joy to behold. Quiet and laid back with leather sofas everywhere, there is probably nowhere better to sit in London to relax and chat. It's a great change, but when the upstairs is closed, you are better off elsewhere.
