Nothing out of the ordinary 
The thing with hotels which are part of a chain is that it's hard for them to stand out. The service is ok, but it hardly goes the extra mile. It's got a very pleasant bar and excellent views but there really isn't anything which makes this hotel truely 'special'. Everything is 'good' but when you pay the prices they charge I think it's reasonable to expect a bit 'more'.

Friendly
Two friends of mine came to Bournemouth and booked in here after a web search. They were delighted with the service. Although this isn't a big-time hotel, it'sgod a quaint quality to it and is in a prime location.

Amazing location 
This is an amazing place to go to relax. They really take care of you and if you want to feel totally pampered with utterly amazing products you can't go amiss. This is proper high-life stuff!

Bit of character
This is a lovely place with a great atmosphere. It's worth a visit although the food, although acceptable and tasty, doesn't quite live up to the grand image of the building.

Where the cool set go
There's a danger you could feel a little inadequate going in here as it's full of typical Bournemouth socialites which can be really off-putting. That said, the bar is lovely, and in the Summer, sitting out on the terrace is the way to go. If you can cope with the fake tan brigade you'll have a good time.

Poor service 
I almost bought my first flat through this estate agency but it comes to something when firstly, they show you around properties which don't meet your specifications and then, when they do have a property you are interested in, they don't return your call. Thankfully the property was on the market with another agent and I managed to buy it. You'd think they'd have wanted the commission!

For mortgage advice - great
I spoke to Paul who is their mortgage broker. I must stress these guys weren't my estate agents. For mortgage broking, however, I can't fault them. They guided me through a process I was very uncertain about as a first time buyer and gave me advice I'm very glad of considering the way the credit crunch has hit more recently. Despite the uncertain times at the moment, the advice and help they gave me 2 years ago has proved to be very wise.

Friendly service, amazing food
I visited this restaurant simply because I was wandering past with a friend and we were hungry. It's one of the best kept secrets in Bournemouth. The service was perfect which is such a rarety these days and the food was excellent. If you like Thai food you'll want to visit this restaurant!

For kids of all ages 
This attraction is first rate. It's located right by the pier in Bournemouth and it's as much fun as it is fascinating. Perfect for kids but equally intriguing for adults. An excellent attraction!
