Grab a granny? 
I have had hellish experiences here. A woman in her 50s fondled my backside, and a woman in her 40s with a perm Kevin Keegan would have been proud of tried to seduce me. As a gay man in his late twenties (at the time this happened) I was traumatised for a prolonged period. Added to this, the decor looks like the 80s threw up in the place. No thanks.

Review of Nightingale Club

Good solid night out 
I had a good laugh here - perhaps the booze helped. It's clearly well run and has regular 'entertainment'. I saw the girl from 2 Unlimited perform live. All these years on, their songs still all sound the same. The music was a good mix of dance and cheese and the service at the bar was really prompt unlike most places on a Saturday night.

Great except the name 
Gay clubs in Bournemouth have traditionally been a bit rubbish / seedy. This club is nicely furnished, well laid out and has a great atmos. The name, however, is ghastly. It lacks the stubtley and style of the club itself. I'd have given it five stars if it weren't for the name.

Iconic
This has always been an iconic club on the Bournemouth scene and since the refit continues to enjoy such status. It's an exceptional space to party in.

Great Sunday lunch
A fun, quirky but funky bar which, aside from a great selection of drinks also does the most amazing Sunday lunches ever. Perfect after a heavy Saturday night out.
