Nice food, no atmosphere 
This used to be your typical old man's pub until it became, I guess, an Italian run gastropub of sorts a few years ago.
I can't fault the pizzas, nor the prices really, but the pub is massive and always feels a little empty.
They also show the rugby and football regularly which doesn't seem to go with the feel of the place but I guess it gets some regulars and the few token Aussies through the doors every week.
The owners of the Osteria need to decide whether they want this to be an Italian restaurant, a sports pub or a local boozer - all of it rolled into one really isn't working right now.
