Only Asda in centre of town 
This Asda isn't too big but it's quite easy to find everything and has lots of items stocked up.
it's the only Asda in town though, so at lunchtimes during the week is the worst time to go cos you'll be queing for a while!

really big but quite difficult to park 
The Asda at Castlepont is a really big one and is really stocked up and easy to find everything.
It has a McDonalds inside and is next to all the other shops so is handy on a Saturday afternoon out shopping.
Only bad point is that because it's within Castlpoint you might have to park a distance from the shop meaning you'll have to carry bags a bit of a distance.

really big 
This tesco's is easy to get to and is really big so always has enough of everything.
It also has a large home and cd/dvd section so you can get lots of things in one place.
The carpark's really busy though - particularly bad on a saturday or sunday afternoon!

big and easy to find
As Tesco's go - this is one of my favourites!
It's quite big and has a good layout.
It's handy to pop to while you on your way home from the cinema.

handy but busy
This Somerfield is right on Southbourne High Street. It's handy for things you've forgotton to get on a big supermarket shop but there always seem to be cues no matter what time of day you go there.
