the footware in here will not win awards for its quality but if you are looking for cheap shoes as one offs then this is the place to go shoes are very samey and not usually made of leather, but the prices are very modest. staff are ok, but could maybe do with a few social skill lessons!

this store is fantastically expensive, as you would expect. a ladies scarf would set you back a weeks wage! the store does not really have a huge amount of stock , but it is worth haveing a look to see how the other half live. I felt a little intimidated by the staff!

no good if you have a pushchair

unfortunately this wimpey is upsatirs. great if you don't have any little ones, as you can look over the entire shopping complex and watch people go by but if you have a pushcahiar, its too much to take upstairs, and too much of a risk to leave downstairs, pity!

no parking

you cannot do a full shop here as there is noparking the store is fairly sapcious and carries a wide range of stuff. but it's not the place to go to do a full weekly shop as you cannot park your car nearby, so you would struggle carrying all of your carrier bags. probably maily used by people who have forgotten the odd ingredient , or who need something for their lunch

where are the size 12's???

all the stuff in this store seems to be geared up for really thin young teenage girls. great if you are a size 8 but most of us are not. this store is on the small size and has a fairly wide range of clothing. staff were a bit thin on the ground, but service was quick. well they served my daughter quickly!!!

there do not seem to be may of these stores left in th uk, especially not down south. so it is a treat to go in here. they sell very good quality shoes and accessories. they have a good reputation and train their staff very well. this store is quite roomy and the young girl who served me seemed to know her stuff

disappointing

this place really winds me up. the store is a real mis mash of departments.it is very difficult to negotiate if you have a pushchair, so it does not make it child friendly at all. the house wares is in the basement ( my favorite department) but it feels very claustraphobic, and really hot in the summer.
