quaint! 
this is a typical country pub. very busy in the season so probably best avoided then. popular with locals but always best to go out of seson when the grockles have gone home. good range of ciders and beers available

this is the place to go and get all of your presents if you haveleft present shopping to the last minute. a good range of locally handmade items are on sale. staff are fiendly and helpful prices not to bad either. could have spent a fortune

this shop has a superb selection of country lady style clothing. prices are a little steep but the quality is excellent. staff were very helpful and friendly. would recommend. bought a lovely scarf for my mum

this place has a real mixture of clothes for the youngand old. If you are a walker then you will find useful items here. prices are fairly reasonable and nothing was too expensive , suprisingly as tourist areas do have a monopoly sometimes

Devon is very proud of its heritage and quite rightly so. here is a wonderful assortment of goodies that makes me proud to live in Devon. Fudge is amazing and so are the creamy toffees. would recommend anyone who is on holiday to go in

I am in my element when I go in here. all manner of goodies arre on sale. the fudge is excellent, and a huge variety of flavors to! money burns a hole in my daughters pocket when we go in here.I have to restrict her to 50p!

smells fantastic
the aroma of leather hits you asyou walk in the door.all manor of goods sold. prices to be absolutely honet were very competitive. I thought that they would be more expensive than they actually were. would recommend if you are looking for a jacket that is that little bit different

watch out for the seagulls
bought alovely portion of chips withmy children. sat on the wall opposite and got bombarded by the seagulls. my son dropped his chips and lost the lot. so beware. chips were scrummy though. would go again

huge seating area
on a frustrating day trying to findsomewhere to have something to drink, the only place that we could find a spare seat was here. we sat outside ans were served very promptly by a lovely young lady. meal was very reasonably priced for a holiday area

maybe I chose the wrong day to go here, but I obviously went at the wrong time. absolutely chocca with customers and I felt as though I was being hurried so that my table could be used again. service was ok staff seemed friendly enough
