Quality Service

Havibg a Ford for some years, they have looked after and maintained the cars we have had. One morning we suffered a blow out and helped us sort out the problem. Great guys

They do Carpets

Not a surprise, they do carpet, they do flooring, they dont do customer service. This is just so typical of the big national copmanies.Misleading discout offers, ehich arent real offers and the staff getting paid to give a poor service

A bit pricey

The guys now their stuff. Very good range of electric items for your car. Radios, hands free kits. Have expanded business over the years. Just wish they could be a bit more competitive on price

Good car dealership

Sure they want to sell you a car, but it is a relaxed atmosphere in the showroom.

The salesmen are welcoming and willing to show you aoround the cars and discuss the options without you feel as if you are being persuaded into buying something you shouldnt

Customer Service Lacking

Furnfix do a good job. Workmanship is good. Quality of goods anf finished product is excellent.

I just found the actual customer service just a little lacking. It doesnt help that the showroom is downstairs whilst the office is upstairs

this place is really plasic. the furniture all looks the same and not much imagination has been used in the design the store is well laid out, but when I have been in there has never been any staff around to ask questions so that puts me off. would not recommend

okey dokey

there is a good selection of car parts in here. it is like a small scale halfords. the staff are quite helpful. earlier in the year I needed help with a bike for my daughter an d the young man was very helpful in advising me which would be the best for my daugter. the bike prices actually are one of the cheapest I have come across

I used to always get my medication from here but felt the staff were too nosey. I now use the pharmacy service at Sainsburys. they do not have the same full range as the normal boots but not too bad. staff are ok,

now a kfc

never actually used the wimpey the whole time it was here, but now it it a kfc I am on the doorstep most friday evenings. convienient location. prices are excellent and you can feed a hungry bunch of children for around £20.00

this was good when they sold to the public via their shop in town, but sadly they only sell wholesale now. staff are very hlepful and friendly. they are able to advise on the best coffee that you need for a particular occasion

handy

they are open 24 7 and we could not manage without them. they also have a spar hop inside which stocks all those last minute things that you might need. service is friendly and quick. prices a bit on the steep side but you can't have everything

they are what you would expect. service is ok, but the most annoying thing was getting home aftera drive thorough and realizing they had forgot one of the burgers that we had ordered. prices ar ethe same as all othe rstores and they could do with giving the staff a good shake.

does what it says on the tin

this is where I go for my electrical goods. I pop next door to currys to compare prices and bsically whoevwer is the cheapest gets my business. it does tend to usually end up with it being comet though staff are very helpful, but I wish they would stop asking if I need an extended warantee on my £5.00 kettle

I seem to spend all my time in here

I always seem to be popping into sainsburys and I always spend more than i intend.to. staff are always polite and helpful. they have asuper new clothing range and the prices for this are excellent. parking is ok, but can get a little crowded on a saturday. would recommned them
