Great Service and a really nice guy too. This man works on his own and is a credit to the industry he represents. Nothing is too much trouble, always happy to go the extra mile etc etc. Highly reccomended.

If you're in the market for any pine or oak furniture you won't find a nicer company to deal with than Devon Pine & Oak. There's so much stuff in their huge showroom you'll be spoilt for choice. Best of all for me the Owner Steve is an Argyle fan too.

The Best in the West...

Not many city's can claim to have a truely local football club, but that is exactly what we have in Plymouth with Plymouth Argyle Football Club. Now the new family stand is up and running with free kids face painting it's even better. Added to that I've just seen the prices of the season tickets & the 0% interest deal. No excuse really, see you down the devonport end

Chloe's has been created by French Chef, Didier Franchet and his fiancé Jo Hocking.

Designed for the discerning diner all the dishes are prepared from the finest fresh locally sourced ingredients by chef patron Didier Franchet and his highly skilled team. Jo and the staff are on hand to assist you from the minute you enter the premises and a wonderful Waldstein grand piano is provided with a pianist playing every evening, from 7.30pm.. An ambience to be truly admired.

I'd been wanting to try this place ever since Didier took over, I got my chance just before christmas and wasn't dissapointed. Be Brave & try the snails!!!!

One of the best country/village around. The landlord here is the guy who used to run the Wheelers & The Harbour Lights in their hayday. Great Atmosphere, good beer, fantastic food & sensible prices.

Elvira's Cafe

There is only one thing about Elvira's that does not get a rating of 100% top notch. It's not open on a Sunday when you really want a fry up but can't be bothered to cook. Make no mistake this is no greasy spoon (just try one of the cakes!!!). The best place in Plymouth for a breakfast meeting and great for a fry up brunch on a saturday before an afternoon at Argyle or Albion.

Review of Performance Yachting

Performance Yachting, Plymouth

This surely is the best sailing school in the country. Not only is it owned & run by a husband and wife team that really know what they're talking about.... they're passionate sailors too. Over the years I've done a variety of sailing with them entering into the Fastnet Race in 2005 & the Plymouth - Morlaix in 2007. I've also crewed for them for Yachtmaster exams and completed some of their other courses including my VHF, Sea Survival, ICC, Diesel Maintanence Course. Highly recomended.
