Know your product 
I was recently looking at a second hand Citroen but it didn't have cruise control that I need for longer journeys due to a dodgy knee (my age I think) Anyway I had the idea to get Citroen to retro fit cruise to the car then it would be ok. How difficult could it be? maybe a little expensive but if the car was the right one at the right price it would be worth it. After consulting a number of departments the lad on the phone informed me that it couldn't be done. What a shame I thought. However a quick search on the internet found a company who could supply (and fit if needed) a complete system including standard Citroen controls for around £300. If you're going to be a brand's main dealer you need to hone up on the advice you give about your own brand!!!

Elvira's Cafe 
There is only one thing about Elvira's that does not get a rating of 100% top notch. It's not open on a Sunday when you really want a fry up but can't be bothered to cook. Make no mistake this is no greasy spoon (just try one of the cakes!!!). The best place in Plymouth for a breakfast meeting and great for a fry up brunch on a saturday before an afternoon at Argyle or Albion.
