Chloe's has been created by French Chef, Didier Franchet and his fiancé Jo Hocking.
Designed for the discerning diner all the dishes are prepared from the finest fresh locally sourced ingredients by chef patron Didier Franchet and his highly skilled team. Jo and the staff are on hand to assist you from the minute you enter the premises and a wonderful Waldstein grand piano is provided with a pianist playing every evening, from 7.30pm.. An ambience to be truly admired.
I'd been wanting to try this place ever since Didier took over, I got my chance just before christmas and wasn't dissapointed. Be Brave & try the snails!!!!
