Review of Westquay Shopping Centre

Shops for all 5*

This place caters for all. Has got pretty much anything you want in the huge range of shops all under 1 roof! Shops such as John Lewis, M&S, Sports shops, Currys, Apple, Next.....etc etc

There is even a foodhall upstairs at the top, and following the addition of a Nandos the stars for this review have gone from a 4 to 5.

If you are into shopping, or like chicken, then the West Quay Centre is for you....

Review of Lakota

Good nite out 4*

One of the best clubs in Bristol for underground music, always used to get quality dj's and acts from local Bristol favourites such as Roni Size, Nick Warren, Jody, Luke Slater, and Massive Attack to big named dj's such as Carl Cox, John Digweed, Jeremy Healy and Sasha.

Good traditional club nights still going now, with a range of music from d&b, hardcore, trip hop, electro and techno...

worth a visit if you are into clubbing

Review of Carpet Barn

Carpet anyone? 5*

Great place to go and hang out if you are into carpet coz they have loads!!

You will have endless rolls and samples to choose from, and friendly staff to advise you on the best buys. More trusting than Carpetright as well because Carpetright had to take a deposit from me to borrow a sample for a day! unbelievable

I have bought from Carpetbarn numerous times as they sell good quality products at affordable prices...

Review of Sparshatt Worley Michael J

Sparshatt Subaru 5*

Bought a car from these guys and found them to be a great dealership. Good range of stock, and friendly staff that didnt pressure me into a deal.

Like most car dealers the initial p/ex offer wasnt great, but they came back with something more realistic to their credit. All that paled into insignificance when i drove off in the Impreza as couldnt keep the smile off my face!

If you are in the market for a Subaru then Sparshatts are well worth a visit.

Review of Old George

Quality pub 5*

On the corner of Fair Oak Rd and Botley Rd, The George is a great local pub that has live music every Saturday night.

Good range of drinks, and a really good pool table and dart board in the sports bar.

A number of widescreen televisions also give you the option to catch the big match.

Good friendly atmoshpere and nice bar staff. See you there...

Loadsa books 4*

Great local library. Good range of books, both fiction and non fiction.

Should be something there for everyone, with reasonable rates and friendly staff....you cant go wrong.

Check opening times before you visit to avoid disappointment.

Review of Pizza Hut

Luxury cuisine? 4*

Does exactly what it says on the tin, with a range of pizza that should keep everyone happy.

You can sit in or take away, reasonable prices, good variation on the menu and a make your own option - perfect!

Pop along for a lunchtime buffet as well if you fancy it?

Review of Fulham Football Club

14 May 08, 17:08

Top London location 5*

Contrary to previous reviews this is a great place to visit on a Saturday afternoon if you want to watch Premiership football. Yes, that's PREMIERSHIP football.

The club itself is a homely club with a welcoming atmosphere from the supporters to the staff. If it's fast food cuisine you are after then all needs are catered for, or if you are into architecture then you have a Grade 2 listed building built into the palace that is Craven Cottage.

There is a club superstore in the ground so you can pop in and purchase your new replica shirt before strolling alongside the River Thames and making your way in to support the oldest London club in the Premiership.

Well worth a visit....

Review of Cafe Mumbai

worth a visit 4*

Went to Cafe Mumbai on saturday night and had a great meal. Friendly staff, convenient location in and around Bedford Place, and good value.

The staff were nice, and were even happy to serve the food in the sofa area.

I will definately eat there again
