Quality pub 
On the corner of Fair Oak Rd and Botley Rd, The George is a great local pub that has live music every Saturday night.
Good range of drinks, and a really good pool table and dart board in the sports bar.
A number of widescreen televisions also give you the option to catch the big match.
Good friendly atmoshpere and nice bar staff. See you there...

Loadsa books 
Great local library. Good range of books, both fiction and non fiction.
Should be something there for everyone, with reasonable rates and friendly staff....you cant go wrong.
Check opening times before you visit to avoid disappointment.

Review of Noorani Indian Cuisine

Eat in or take away.......
....well with Noorani in Fair Oak (now called Kuti's by the way) you get the choice.
From the greeting at the front door to the discount you can negotiate if you refuse to pay and say you will wash up, you won't regret visiting.
The staff are very polite and welcoming, the food is very good, there is parking at the rear, and there is a buffet on a Sunday! It's also very reasonably priced - a no lose gamble you might say.
It's my local, and I love it.
