Nice summer venue 
It's one of those places I tend to venture to if the sun is shining. It's nice ot be able to sit outside and enjoy a drink. The bar itself is a little small so it really is a good weather place. Drinks are resonable and it's a cool little place.

A real aladdins cave
Blue bannana is stacked to the rafters with loads of really cool bits and bobs. It also hoads a rast array of very big clupy boots that look very expensive.
I love the different piercing bits and bobs they sell in there.

Terrible service 
I have heard nothing but terrible reports about this company. Sp far five friends have had the bathrooms fitted by this compaby. They are not cheap by any means and the job they did was dreadful!!

Lovely local pub 
The rising sun is full of history and character. It's got lovely low ceilings and very dark wood furniture.
You get some real old characters in this pub and it's nice to have a quite pint.

Posh sarnies!
I'm like Joey from friends and to be honest sandwhiches are my one fave foods.
Think of anything at all and bites will be able to put it into a sandwhich. The bread they use is gorgeous and they really are lovely posh sarnies. The delivery service is really good as well.

It's all about the location
The wet wok has one of th emost prized locations in Plymouth. It over looks Plymouth Sound and in the summer it really is a lovely place to eat.
the food is very good, perhaps a touch pricey. But worth paying for it.

Excellent food 
Don't for one second think Japenese food is all about sushi it's not at all.
I was expecting to sit on the floor and eat tuna wrapped in seaweed.
You can do the authentic thing if you want to which is fun, but the restaurant downstairs is lovely. The food is gorgoues try the meat bento box, quite possibly the most gorgeous steak I have ever tasted.

Get there early
I would advise getting to the bar very early or very late. My biggest problem is the lack of space and it feels like a constant battle to get to the bar or to the toilet.
I was left quite tired at the end of the night becuase it was just so busy.
It spolied it for me really I think they shoul dmake more of the food aspect of their business and leave the drinking side to Ride next door.

Lovely restaurant
This is a lovely little gem tucked away in the barbican. Really nice in the summer to sit outside and while away the hours with a bottle of wine or two!
However my friend and I went here as we had an awesome craving for piella. It tasted nothing like you get in Sapin so i felt this shouldn't have been on the menu. They should stick to other seafood dishes.

Pricey but worth it
Getting a take away from feedwell might cost you all in all an extra fiver. but let me tell you it is well worth it.
The food is very good delivery is always prompt and piping hot. and the portion sizes are excellent.
the name may well be a little funny sounding but the food is a cut above your usual take away.

Bit disapointing
i was a little disapointed with the food. the setting and the fab coctails are really good the restarant is lovely and looks totally the part and has a real latin feel about it.
However I ordered a steak and it had to go back twice till the chef cooked it properly. which put the evening down a little in my book. The starter was lovely so i was quite disapointed with the main.

Up there with the best
Definatly in my humble opinion one of the best take aways in Plymouth.
lets start with the food, you are without doubt getting restaurant quality food from a take away. it is excellent not to oily or greasy as is sometimes the case with takeaways.
the staff are very polite and they are always there within good time.

Lush food, nice little venue
This is one of those tucked away little places that produces really, really nice food. I didn't realise it was there until we stumbeled across it looking for somewhere to have lunch.
Really good quality food and nicely presented. Was resonably priced with nice settings to eat the food in.

Nice coffee
It's a nice sweet little venue but these places are like shops in a box so you pretty much know what your gonna get when you walk into any starbucks.
when it first opened it was very funny to see the throngs of people who had never had a tall skinny latte.

Full of charm
It's got to be said that you should try and make a visit to the Dolphin at least once a year. it's almost got iconic status this pub.
It's been imortalised by Beryl Cook and it's full of charm from the walls to the floors to the characters you get in the pub.

Good but expensive
I mention price on here and yes it is expensive to visit this place. BUT when you see the brilliant conservation work and how much it must cost to run the place you understand why things are so expensive.
It is really impressive and it does make you think about things we throw away ending up in the sea. It's there to educate and entertain and it does just that.

This place is quite simply somewhere I would stop in for food on a shopping day. it's not somewhere with a brilliant atmosphere, but their food is ok.

Bit dissapointing 
I was really hoping to go to a gay pub and see people from all walks of life. Sadly the only gay people that seem to frequent the Swallow are quite narrrow minded. They are very set in their ways and don't really like outsiders going into their "gay" pub. it's a shame becuase this is really the only gay pub int he city and I felt it was a let down.
People were either very camp or very butch, not that i have a problem with that but there was nothing in between and I felt very concious that people were staring at me.

More of a summer venue
I don't know whether it is just me but I tend to find i'm drawn to the barbican more in the summer. Probably because the summer is a more social time.
I must admit this place has improved massively since the smoking ban came into force it used to get so smokey in there that you couldn't breathe. Lovely venue for live music, maybe a bit pricey on the drinks.

Best Irish pub in the city
Think St patricks and you think I'll pop down to Kitty's and watch mad dog. it's brillaint and the atmosphere is electric.
Spit and saw dust but it ticks all the right boxes. Well worth having a look especially in the summer months.

Oh the cravings!
Oh my god, when you have a craving form something fattening heas to jackes. They are famous for frying stuff and putting melted cheese on the top o fit. I love this place, but limit myself to going once a month otherwise i would be the size of jakes!

Lost a bit of character
i can't help but think that since the china was taken over by a chain it's lost a little bit of spice. there has always been something very special about the setting but the big chain ownership kills it for me. don't get me wrong the food is fine but it's lost it's soul.

Nice setting
It's a really nice club...a little bit expensive as well but worth paying for the setting of the place. My only let down was when the toilets stopped working the bar stayed open and refused to let people use the toilet I was told my a doorman to wee in the street!

What a choice

Lovely setting
Nice setting and nice food and resonably priced. However the last time i went in there and it was really busy they sat other girls with us who left without paying. They tried to charge us for their bill and then wouldn't serve us! Not a good move.

Shocking!
I went the salon to have my hair chemically straigtened. I ended up walking out with a chemical burn on my neck that has left me with very deep scarring. I won't comment further make up your own mind!

Friendly and Fun!
many people get embarresed going into a fetish shop frankly there is no need. The shop itself carries a huge amount of stock as well as a large amlunt of bespoke hand made rubber outfits. If you are a larger frame like me you can have the clothes custom made. The staff are brilliant really put you at ease and they know exactly what they are talking about.

Tattoo studios have the reputation for being unfriendly. Not the case here. The guys have a lovely clena shop. A wide range of choice available for walk ins. They do enjoy the challenge of you bringing in your own design.

A bit of a damp squib
I was really disapointed with this restaurant and would not go back. The seemed to all taste the same, and I got bored of the choic eon offer. I love the idea of the restaurant but the food itself is quite dull. I was full after the first course and felt I had been over charged.

Terrible service!
The food I can't complain about. The service however is DREADFUL! I waited over an hour and a half for a curry to be delivered. i only live two miles away. When it came it was cold and the rice had been left out. Another forty minutes passed until the rice arrived. No apologies and no refund. When I called to complain the man was very rude. I would not recommend this at all.

This place is brilliant
This is probably one of the best bars in Plymouth. The relaxed atmosphere of the dining upstairs meets the hectic night life of the bar downstairs. Great food, good value, check it out.
