Review of Bayview Farm Camping & Caravan Site

Best location and showers 
I camped at Bayview last year and have just spent the bank holiday there. It's not cheap for a camp site (£25 a night in high season for a car, two people and one tent). But you'd be hard pushed to find a better location (amazing view, about 5 minutes walk to the beach and the pub) and facilities: it has well-kept flat fields, large pitches and the best shower block of any camp site I've ever stayed at. Plenty of hot water, which you need after surfing or kite flying. And the shower cubicles have a little seat built into the back of the doors - a little extra detail that makes big difference when you're trying to get dressed or have many toiletries!
You can also bbq at the site (they provide bricks to rest your disposables on). And if cooking proves far too much like hard work, there is a decent chippie at the entrance. Perfect.
