This one isn't a sinker 
Friendly Thai restaurant with quirky decor (it used to be a Cafe Rouge and it's kept the French velour seats and light fittings). Typical Thai menu, tasty food, reasonably priced and good service - three courses and two beers for two people worked out less than £35.
Very good crispy duck.

Tasty Thai 
If you can hack the queuing then you will be rewarded with some of the best Thai food in London. Some of the menu is familiar, some atypical - my personal favourites are the Aromatic Pumpkin Curry, Thai Calamari and the Morning Glory. All washed down with a glass or two of Riesling.
Eating is communal so switch off your mobile phone!
