busy 
Not easy to find as they are tucked away but the two guys who run the garage are superb. They MOT`D my megane at the drop of a hat and they were so great with delivering it back to me. The prices here are superb but they do get really busy, so get booked in early for your work.

not big enough 
This car park is great as long as you want to use it in the middle of the winter. In the summer this village is the gateway to the surf and where most of the beach goers go for their shopping, where can you park when you only have space for upto 30 cars!

Being in braunton the parking will always be a nightmare but when your in it makes up for all that! the real ale in here is lovely and there is a real village pub feel about the place! Its very populra with the grockles that come down on their surfing holidays!

good prices
A very good selection of bikes and the accessories are very comprehensive, the only problem for this guy is that planet bike in barnstaple is very strong, so he tends to loose clients to him! the guy is really good with his knowledge and the prices are good if you want to just give it a go!

needs sales all the time
the shop is right on the 4 way junction in braunton which is great for new clients! There are lots of surfy shops in north devon and this one is up there with the best! the stock is very up there and the selection is very good. The prices are very typical with surfwear but they do manage to have sales for a good part of the year, shame they just dont get the prices down all the time!

Very big family feel about this vets
A very family orientated vest which does have two other branches in north devon, one in barnstaple and the other in ilfracombe! The entrance is small and the surgery too. Jo, the owner is so good with both pets and owners plus they are open for surgery very late if the need be! The surgery in barnstaple is bigger and can stay open much later if you need it!!

Real surfers
As the lady above has said, tiki is one of the original surf shops and managed to get a really good reputation amongst the real surfers in north devon! If youd like really good, proper surf wear from the real surfers then tiki is your shop! They dont really concentrate on the fashion side as much but really know the sport of surfing very well

Fresh local fruit and veg
the friendly old local fruit and veg shop, they did go through a bad patch with supermarkets etc but seem to be surviving very well in some places. John patts is brill, lots of local choice, great prices and always very fresh!!
