Know their stuff 
Very much a great alternative to the local boots. Yes they do medicens but they also do the very day stuff that well all need and at a similra cost to boots! I like the attention you get from the staff, they really do know their stuff and make sure you buy what you need!

Fantastic
More of a chinnese but they do most anything to be honest! Very much a good quality place that does have a very good following so i would suggest you book up if you dont want to be waiting around for ages! At the bootom of the twon, the guys who run it have been for years and are fantastic at what they do!!

Battered
The only real fish and chip shop to speak of in the town, they do some of the best chips ive tasted, they cut there own potatoes and deep fry them and they taste just fab! They also will do the battered mars bar if youd like one, the cod is nice but my favourite from here is the battered sausage! Lovely

One of the main two pubs in the square, they have accomodation but its not upto much to be honest! The pub is very busy on several of the nights with locals playing in the games leagues, darts, poole and table skittles! Its more of a drinkers pub and has a very loyal drinking firm that tend to come here regularly

One of 5 pubs in the square and one of the smallest. This pub is very much a locals pub tucked away at the back of the square. They have a lovely selection of ales and will serve up nice and simple meals in a basket which are excellent value for money!

Review of Red Lion Hotel

Very pubby
An old fashioned pub/hotel situated right smack in the middle of the twon! It has a huge red lion on the roof so you cant miss it! The pub is very much a local mans pub with poole and darts being played here, the hotel is pretty basic and very well priced!! I do like the atmosphere you can get here though!!

Free estiamtes
For a little town chard really can cater for your home needs, the interiors shop will def help you get your curtains sorted, either fitted or made to measure, wallpaper which pleased Nikki but not me esp, i cant wallpaper, cushions, such a huge selection and if you need some interior design doing then they will come to you within 20 miles and give free estiamtes!!

Great advice given!
For everything you could ever want if your into the outdoor life and the walker in you! Specialist in brasher, hitec and lowa boots plus all the stuff you`ll ever want to make the adventurous walker in you keep safe and warm! Mainly competing with millets but is far enough away to not have too much trouble form them!! A little dearer here but the advice here is more than worth it!!
