Review of Tinseltown 24 Hour Diner

Not all bad
Its not all bad at Tinsletown - the milkshakes are quite simply amazing - you can have any flavour that you wish.
The veggie food is ok - the chips are great as are the veggie burgers. We've always had an ok meal there - its no american bar and grill but you get what you pay for and its quite reasonably priced.
The bonus is they are open late on a saturday night - its always nice to get a milksahke on the way home from a night out!

Review of Scotts Sandwich Bar

Lovely Spuds
I was hooked on Scotts the minute someone introduced me to it.
I went off it for a while - being a veggie i didn't like the fact that they didn't claen any of there work surfaces or knives between customers - so i would always have random bits in my sandwich - but i stay away from sarnies in there now and go for the baked potatoe with fresh ratatouille.
It really is delicious (if a little garlicy) but certainly fills a gap at lunchtime.
Friendly service - but i do find they charge me something different everytime i go in there!

Review of Thai & Co

Cheap and cheerful
If you are looking for a cheap lunch with a difference then try Tuk Tuk.
I often take my niece and nephew for lunch on a Saturday - its a set lunch for £4.95 and there is loads to chose from on the menu.
Its a bit 'one in one out' at lunchtimes because of the set menu but in the evenings a little bit more relaxed.
The service is very good and they will make something for you that is not on the menu which is always good.
worth a try if you fancy some Thai.

Review of Gold Shoes

Cheap n Chic
This is the most random shop i have ever visited. On first look you think its all old peoples shoes from Van Dal and brogues that your dad would wear!
On closer inspection its a bit of a find. You have to be lucky and they are normally a season behind but if you are going on holiday and in need of flip flops you are bound to find a suitable pair here.
It has all the latest fashion 'ugg'esque boots at cheap prices and worth a look if you have a spare 5 minutes.

Review of Blooms Kosher Restaurant
14 Apr 08, 12:59
Home Comforts
I have been going to Blooms since i was a child.
The decor is slightly odd with a large mural on one side of the restaurant and a wall of mirrors on the other side - i don't really like eating whilst being able to see myslef!
The staff are quite old and the service could be better but the food makes up for all these.
Its good old Kosher food that your grandmother would make - definitly worth a visit if you are feeling a little under the weather - the chicken soup will fix any ailment!

Review of Arts Depot

Great for Children
The Arts Depot is a fantastic place to take your children in N12.
Whether you want to take your child to a group or play in the soft play whilst having a coffee - you should visit the Arts Depot.
My son attends messy play and mini moves every week and loves them. He gets to interact with other children his age (1 year) and also gets very messy and the best thing is i don't have to clean up after him!
They do adult classes too but i have only been to the childrens ones - i would reccomend them to any mother looking to amuse their child.

Review of Hebah

Lovely Indian
If you are looking for a great, local Indian restaurant then try Hebah.
Being a vegetarian i often find it disheartening to look at a menu and only have 3 options. Hebah has an extensive range of veggie options and it is delicious.
It is great value for money and the service is fantastic - they will even make you anything you wish that's not on the menu.
What more can you ask for?
