The best local Estate Agents 
We bought our house through Jeremy Leaf in 2005 and were very pleased with the service we recieved. They were our first choice when we were thinking about selling our house at the end of last year and they have been fantastic.
If you want a personal touch, professionalism and helpfulness - Jeremy Leaf are the agents to go with. With so many in North Finchley its difficult to know who to go with.

Review of Hebah

Lovely Indian 
If you are looking for a great, local Indian restaurant then try Hebah.
Being a vegetarian i often find it disheartening to look at a menu and only have 3 options. Hebah has an extensive range of veggie options and it is delicious.
It is great value for money and the service is fantastic - they will even make you anything you wish that's not on the menu.
What more can you ask for?

Great for Children
The Arts Depot is a fantastic place to take your children in N12.
Whether you want to take your child to a group or play in the soft play whilst having a coffee - you should visit the Arts Depot.
My son attends messy play and mini moves every week and loves them. He gets to interact with other children his age (1 year) and also gets very messy and the best thing is i don't have to clean up after him!
They do adult classes too but i have only been to the childrens ones - i would reccomend them to any mother looking to amuse their child.

Fancy a bit of pampering? 
If you fancy a bit of pampering or are just in need of a manicure then head down to beauty secrets on the Totteridge Lane.
From Hot Stone Massages to French Manicures its Whetstones answer to the sanctuary.
It is not the cheapest but the service is fantastic and the beauticians are very freindly.
And if you are need of a gift whilst there - they have just opened a gift shop which has some great ideas.

Looking for a midnight pharmacy?
So many times i have been caught out - needed to get a prescription and it has been out of hours.
Well, Boots inm Whetstone now open until midnight everyday and its fantastic - not just for prescriptions but whatever you fancy!
Only when i had a child did i find this helpful!

Need a door?
I would recommend Doors & Doors to anyone that is looking for internal or external doors.
In May 2007, we approached Doors & Doors to give us quote for some internal work we required to divide our through lounge diner.
There quote was the most competitive in the local area and they could do the work pretty quickly.
I would recommend Luigi to do the work - he was very professional, friendly and trustworthy and even cleaned up after himself.
They have a great selection to chose from and the service was outstanding.

Review of Busy Bees Nursery

Home from Home
My child started at Busy Bees Nursery in the David Lloyd complex in November last year.
He was 9 months old at the time and i was nervous that he wouldn't settle in - but the staff were so helpful and put my mind at rest and ensured he was happy at all times.
They welcome him with open arms on a daily basis and he is always happy to go.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone who requires chikdcare in N12.

Review of Al Fresco

mmmm i love pizza
I love Al Fresco in Whestone - its is a great local Italian with great food at good prices.
The decor is a bit dated, and the waiters do sometimes have a bit of an attitude - but thats probably more to do with their Italian persoanlities that rudeness.
They are very welcoming to familes and couples and seat people accordingly which is very throughful.

Its Electric!
Garlands is quite possibly the best local Electrical shop i have ever come accross.
Not only will they price match, if they have the item in stock they will deliver the same day - now thats service for you!
From fridge freezers to childrens quad bikes - they have everything you can ask for.

Fancy a wrap?
On a first look inside thsi cafe / restaurant seems out of place in North Finchley. It is different to the other offerings in the area - possible for looking slightly more upmarket than the average local eatery.
What's nice about this plce is that they make whatever you want to order from freshly made wraps to stone baked pizza.
During the week it is full of mothers that lunch or local school children.
You have to be lucky to get a seat during the week but at wekkends it isn't as busy and perfect for a light lunch.
