a very 'cambridge' pub!! 
What a lovely location overlooking midsummer common and the river. In the summer you get great views and can enjoy a nice cold beer outside. It cetainly is a very 'cambridge' pub!!

great cocktails
at a first glance in the day you would think its just a coffee bar but by the time it hits 6 oclock you have a whole different place. Great atmosphere and a great cocktail list...I can't remember the name but the one with white spirits and sparkling wine..... ahhhhhhhhhh ...that makes it worth a visit!!!!

cheap and cheerful!!
Huge pub in the centre of regent street. Cheap drinks so always a good place to start on a night out. In the day they serve good food too, nothing exciting but what you need in a quick lunch hour with no fuss!!

try the lamb burger 
great menu, good atmosphere, good selection of real ales. Its quite a drive but definately worth it ... would recommend the 'posh' lamb burger every time!!!

choose your own steak!
A lovely pub/ restaurant with a great menu. They specialise in steak which are on display so you can choose your own cut! We went on a tuesday lunchtime which was fairly busy which is a good sign for that time of the week.The service was great and I fully intend to go back!!

St Ives deserves somewhere like this
A nice bar in the centre of St Ives, the town really desrves somewhere like this. The food is great and the layout is inviting. Perfect spot for a working lunch in the week, great atmosphere for a weekend night out and a lovely courtyard for a summer afternoon!!

gets better every time
such a lovely find and only round the corner!! Really great honest food which doesn't dissapoint you. Been about 5 times and everytime it just gets better....my only dissapoinment is that its not open EVERY night!!!

hangover hotspot!!
mmmmm...nice hangover location, big comfy leather sofas, big screen to focus on, long bar so you never have trouble getting to the front and a huge breakfast to soak up the night before!!

wish I could call it my local!!
a great pub tucked away but still so close to The Grafton and Mill Road. A great atmoshere, and always a favourite for after work drinks!
great no-fuss food, I love the pub quiz and Richard the landlord always makes you feel like an old friend.

mmmm cheesy chips!!
Nice pub in the centre of milton, ideal lunch time venue for anyone working on the science park or at The Cambridge Evening News. Cheesy Chips are always a favourite!
