Poor selection 
I was looking for a suit for everyday use but I didn't want to spend a fortune. Combine that with me being tall and broad, the selection was not good at all. I was given the choice of 2 suits of which neither were suitable.
I didn't find the staff that helpful, as soon as I told them how much I wanted to pay, it seemed like they lost interest. I was much happier at Moss Bros

One of the better stores 
For a chain selling the same clothes, you wouldn't think it was possible to have good and bad stores, but I believe it happens.
For a small store in a small city, I actually think this is one of the better stores. The clothes are well laid out, the staff are friendly, it's not all emo-rubbish and they have a lot of sales

Better than i thought
I wasn't expecting much from this shop before I went in so I was pleasantly surprised to see a good range of well priced clothing and some decent looking items in the sale as well. I found what I was looking for here and it was my first visit. I would definitely come back in the future.

Surprised and delighted
I needed a new suit and looked EVERYWHERE before finally coming to Moss Bros. I should have come earlier.
I tried all the high street shops and specialist shops but found nothing that I thought was value for money. I never even thought to try Moss. I had used them before to hire a tuxedo but had a thought that they also sold everyday suits. I went to the Brighton branch but wasn't impressed, the Hove branch was fantastic. The men in there were very helpful and directed me towards 3 possible suits. Minutes later I walked out with a suit I am still very happy with.
