Great laugh 
This is a good place to get your hair cut whether you are male of female. The staff are professional and make sure they listen to exactly what you want. The conversation is better than a lot of hairdressers and if you get Maurice the owner, he'll have you in stitches (not literally, he's a good hairdresser) and you will want to go back there again and again

Review of Lookfantastic

Good for women, not for men 
A few people recommended this place to me, now known as Look Fantastic. They were all women who had been going here for a while.
I tried it out and was sadly disappointed. I have no doubt that it is a good salon for ladies but as a man I was let down and haven't been back since. There are plenty of unisex salons around but this one is more female friendly I think so if you are male, I would try somewhere else. If you're female, you could probably do a lot worse

Review of Hair Cuttery

Well worth trying
Hair Cuttery is a predominately northern chain of hairdressers and for a chain, it's very impressive.
This one is on Deansgate virtually opposite Kendals and near to the big M&S. I was looking for somewhere to cut my hair that wasn't extortionate and had this place recommended to me. I didn't want to pay Toni and Guy prices and Hair Cuttery was very reasonable. Billy used to do my hair but has since left, there are plenty of good stylists there though so if you fancy trying somewhere new, give Hair Cuttery a go

Review of Lee Stafford Salons

This is no longer Lee Stafford Salons and is now known as Clipso.
I've been coming here for a year now and really enjoy the experience every time. I am quite fussy about hairdressers but had a really positive first experience and have come back again and again.
It's not the cheapest salon but it's well worth paying a bit extra. You are offered a drink from the menu as soon as you walk into the very stylish salon. You will notice the vast amount of products on offer, it's almost as big as some shops so you should find the product you need, if not then someone will recommend something to you.
The general staff are very friendly and all the stylists are excellent. I use Kirsty now and she is superb. If you are willing to spend a little more than other salons then you won't be disappointed
