Review of Bac Bar

Nice vibe!
I really like it in here.
It's the kind of place that you forget is there, but if you walk past it on a night out, going down North Hill, you should pop in.
It's like a little cavern!

Review of Voodo Lounge

Nice atmosphere!
Haven't been here for years but I always remember it being really nice- not sure what effect Drake Circus has had on it but it always used to be quite busy.
You used to have to pay to get into the upstairs bar but it always used to be worth it.

Review of Plymouth Sound
18 Apr 08, 16:40
Music with local passion
Plymouth Sound is the stand out radio provider for Plymouth. it gives you all you want and more.
from great on-air competitions to win money to winning the chance to meet your idols.
The music is varied and great- the kind of thing you can listen to without noticing and then realise how much you've taken in!

Review of Plymouth Pavilions

They bring in everyone
I've been to see so many people at Plymouth Pavilions- Pink!, Kelly Clarkson; James Blunt...
They always bring in great acts and it's good to know that people will come down to the South West.
If you're a family, there's also an ice rink and indoor swimming pool.

Review of Plymouth Argyle Football Club
18 Apr 08, 16:36
Football and more!
Arglye have big amibtions- they want to leave the Championship and I don't mean heading South!
The football club is a big part of Plymouth's community and it's worth going to see a game even if you're not a big football fan, as it's worth it just to take in the atmosphere.
During the summer break, big acts come down to perform. Last year, it was George Michael and Elton John, this year it's Meatloaf and Westlife!

Review of Zeros

Bit of a let down
You would think that being a gay club- everyone would be welcome, but sometimes it doesn't feel like that.
The loo's are horrible, and most of the locks on the doors are broken.
My friend was asked if she wasy gay, when she said no, she was asked if she was a man!

Review of Quay Club
18 Apr 08, 15:20
Disco dramas!
Every time I end up in the Quay club I always have a good night- it tends to get a bit messy, as in there's plenty of drunk people but it's good fun.
I've danced with my boss, cut my leg, had to get a bouncer to pull a bit of glass out of my foot agter I'd taken my shoes off- basically always a story to tell afterwards.

Review of The Union Rooms
18 Apr 08, 15:18
Everything under one roof
The Union rooms are part of the Wetherspoon's chain, but it actually has a bit of character to it.
The food is always pretty good, the drinks are cheap, there's a big outside area and there's a dance floor and pretty good DJ's to see you through the night!

Review of Notte Inn
18 Apr 08, 15:17
Good stop off point
If you're on a pub crawl of Plymouth- the Notte Inn needs to be included.
Usually really busy and the clientele are nice and friendly.

Review of The Dolphin
18 Apr 08, 15:15
Plymouth's oldest pub!
The Dolphin is Plymouth's oldest pub but it's great.
It's where Plymouth artist Beryl Cook bases a lot of her artwork on.
The walls are stained and the floor isn't the cleanest but it's all part of the charm.
