too busy 
this place is ok but at weekends does get extremely busy and it is a nighmare trying to get served!! staff are not that friendly!! toilets are not very clean and need to be kept stocked with toilet paper!! as more often than not there isn't any!! food is ok typical pub grub!!

too expensive
although some of the body shops lotions are make up are extremely good the prices are ludicrous!! The shop is very clean and well presented but the staff jump on you the minute you walk in the shop!! and sometimes they dont seem to understand the phrase"just looking"!!!! stick to superdrug!!

fantastic 
wow!! this is a wonderful shop-if you like candles!! There are so many and you can actually watch them make the candles and then start intricately carving them!! Staff are really friendly and the shop is pleasant and very clean-also very appealing from the outside!! well worth a visit!!

excellent service 
always answer your call promptly. always very helpful. staff are polite and friendly-drivers are friendly and their cabs are always immaculate.the cabs are never late and are always waiting for you!! definately the cab service to use!! very very reliable.

very cheap and cheerful
this is a huge store with everything from little ones to adults-although the store gets very busy and there is never enough staff on the tills the quality of the clothes and the prices of the clothes etc are well worth the visit
