Cheese and cake? 
Used to go in here a lot when we were students! It was perfect for when you felt that you needed a treat or a reward for doing something above and beyond the call of duty. Like getting out of bed or actually making it to a tutorial... Sticky, sweet and truly scrumptious!

Review of The Brookhouse

Not my kind of place... 
I can see what The Brookhouse is there to do, especially with the large student population in this area, but it's not for me! It's a bit of a party place rather quiet pint type of pub.
