Bigger and better 
This store is probably the best bit of the new shopping centre development, giving M&S the presence it deserves in Plymouth city centre. Best chocolate milk in town!

Review of Drake Circus Shopping Centre

Not all that. 
It's not brought much new to Plymouth, it's just moved the old shops to new (alebit often much improved premises). It's left the rest of the city centre looking like even more of a wasteland than it did before. What ift gives with one hand it takes away with the other.
