This is the branch that hit the headlines recently with that story about children being barred. It's a good sized store for a tiown with not a huge number of other facilities.

On the corner near the traffic lights 
This is one of the few newsagents where you can still get a really good selection of children's comics. There's also two big walls full of magazines, so they're bound to have what you're looking for. A section toward the rear has greetings cards as well.

Well read
Too many bookshops concentrate on just trying to flog as many copies of the latest bestseller as they can. Here you're getting a real choice, and service from staff who have a passion for what they do and want to do it well.
